This was my first time at this chipotle and I can honestly say I will not be returning to this location, especially after also seeing other people’s reviews was consistent with my experience. The skimpy bowls were not worth the price point at all and the service was very unprofessional and immature. I love chipotle though and will still frequent other locations close to my house.

It amazes me how these people are hired. Chipotle offers bogo at 4pm if you buy 3 tacos. I got there at like 348pm but there was a line. So as I stand there waiting for my turn there was a girl preparing an order then with her gloves on wipes the counter off then goes right to helping the next person. She didn't change out her gloves and then wraps up someone's burrito. There were at least 3 people before she changed her gloves. When it was my turn I noticed that the grill was clean everything seemed like it was put away and the line was almost all empty. Mind you it's 4pm and they close at 11pm. I almost had to beg for fresh meat that wasn't dry. They had no fajita veggies she was scraping the bottom and the girl on the grill was rolling her eyes because I asked for more veggies. Then the guy was giving me guacamole and he filled it not even half way and I had to tell him please fill that up Im paying for that. The lady working the to go windows says we dont have enough guacamole so start giving out 1 scoop dont fill it. ITS 4PM! YOU STILL HAVE 7 HOURS BEFORE CLOSE. LIKE WTH. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and corporate should be notified.

I have never gotten anywhere close to this small of a burrito. If I hadn’t already driven home I would have asked for a refund. Double wrap, double chicken, fajitas, rice and beans and the size of a coke can.

Update: I reached out and they sent me a Buy One Get One free. Wild to say come spend more money so we can fix our mistake. Finally broke down and was going to go back only to find out the BOGO had a 30 day limit.

We placed an online order on December 29 At 10:05 PM, not only was the order not ready at the estimated pick up time but The order was completely incorrect. We ordered a chicken and it was split into two different bowls for some reason with the wrong toppings and like seven pieces of lettuce on one of them. and steak bowl was missing toppings didn’t even have a proper full single scoop of the toppings that were in the bowl. neither of them were labeled properly. It was completely underfilled. It was missing toppings, and the quality of the food was horrible. I received an incorrect order, Small portions, Poor food quality, the restaurant was out of ingredients and had slow service.

Reading the reviews I was worried about coming here. But this places was clean and had no problems with portion sizes. The staff here are extremely friendly. I don’t understand how it’s only 3.2 stars. It’s crazy. Anyways don’t always believe reviews just go and try for yourself.

I gave it 5 stars cause when we got there the guy automatically put on clean gloves! Unlike the other Chipotle they are wearing gloves and u don't knw the last time they changed them
He was accommodating, we asked for extra rice & he gave ua extra rice, cheese etc.
Girl at the register was also friendly
I will come bck to this location because of this positive experience
We enjoyed the cleanliness & the new variety of healthy juices!

Today,11/21/25 the guy on the line was not very pleasant.
Small portions,throwing food in the bowl,bad attitude.
No hi,no hello,no what can I get you. Just a stare that’s lost in time and space.
I’ll go to a different store from now on.

The energy was amazing! Feel like tonight was the most energetic and welcoming service I’ve had in a while anywhere. The gentlemen at the start of the line’s energy was contagious and it was nice seeing the team’s energy bounce off one another and onto us. The food was amazing but we expected nothing less from the moment we were warmly welcomed. Such a great team. My only complaint is there being no tip option for card payments. Energy was so great though my husband and I walked over to circle k to get some cash. When we walked back in, they were eager to help and to solve any problems we had. Great people.

I am very loyal customer of chipotle, once a week I eat at chipotle. This time is my first time at this location. Server/employee was very rude and was not ready to give appropriate portion for my order. Bowl was so much empty it looks like half portion. I hate to say this but I will not return to this location where I can’t get enough for my bucks.

Tables were so dirty I cleaned one myself and took a seat. Trash was so full infact overflowing. It looked so unappealing to me

🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢Yesterday my family and I ordered food here and it was one of the worst experiences ever. The food was old, with terrible appearance and taste, but the worst part came after: all four of us ended up with diarrhea and stomach pain since yesterday.

We didn’t eat anything else that day, only Chipotle, so there’s no doubt where the food poisoning came from. It’s unacceptable for a restaurant to serve food in such conditions. You pay for fresh food, not for a health risk.

Looking at the reviews, I can see I’m not the only one — it seems this is a common issue at this location. A complete lack of hygiene and quality control.

I don’t recommend anyone to come here. Hopefully management takes this seriously, because the food wasn’t just horrible, it made my whole family sick.Un completo asco, ayer toda mi familia estuvo🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
