Chipotle Mexican Grill

The staff is VERY slow.
We came at lunch time and the line was almost to the door. And why?
There were only 2 people helping customers: 1 guy putting the burritos/ bowls together and a second guy putting the toppings on. (Why not have 3 people working if there's a long line of customers?)
But the second guy kept going to the cash register to ring up the customers *instead* of putting the toppings on.
So the orders started backing up on the counter since he couldn't ring people up and put toppings on at the same time.
Then the first guy decided it was more important to refill the toppings than help customers: he walked to the refrigerator to get some sour cream, then came back, then walked to get some more salsa, then filled that.
Finally, the lady working on the grill came forward and started putting toppings on everyone's order.
There's another Chiptole on 436, after Montgomery Rd which has much better service, so we'll be going there instead.

This is the portion size of an adult full size quesadilla. And when I asked for double meat, it was not allowed.

My last two visits to this Chipotle have been very disappointing. The staff seemed disengaged and unprofessional. For example, when my girlfriend’s bowl was accidentally dropped when The worker split it across the table, the response was simply, “We won’t make you pay for guacamole,” as they laughed which didn’t really address the situation and just displayed laziness and was unprofessional. On top of that, the portions have been inconsistent and unusually small, leaving the bowls unbalanced. The overall customer service also felt unfriendly, with little effort to acknowledge or communicate with guests. This location used to be great, but unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill significantly.

something about the employees just gives me joy! They seem to enjoy their job!!! Love the management interactions they show compassion and professionalism something that is rare in businesses these days. Found me some yummy food and great service close to home.

Don’t go here if you want the typical chipotle experience, here they make you feel as if you’re a bother for coming in wanting food. Not to mention the small portions they serve, like as if the food comes out their personal checks. If you want to get your money’s worth try a different location not this one

The food was excellent, and the men working there were outstanding. However, I witnessed a situation that needs addressing: a woman was loudly screaming at a male coworker for no justifiable reason. He was doing nothing wrong, and even apologized, yet she continued to yell at him. This behavior is unacceptable and should be taken seriously.

I just picked up an order and it literally looks like they put it in the bag and punted it out of the window…..like sour cream and food all over…….really not a fan of them not having a way to give feedback through call…that’s an endless loop of nonsense.

The team was quite friendly, however the manager (Allision )was extremely nasty. From the first time she put my money on the counter instead of handing it to me directly in my hand, and the second time I walked up there to give the staff a tip and ask for a bag, she simply put the bag on the counter. The attitude was extremely nasty. Never looked at me, said thank you for coming to Chipotle, or anything. If that's how customer service works, I'll never eat at a Chipotle again. Paying $43 and getting that kind of service is really stuck.

Just once, I'd like a bag of chips that wasn't stale. How has this become the worse location surrounding Altamonte.

This is a great location. The drive up is very convenient. Staff is always friendly.

Chipotle’s has an excellent menu, with the food being delicious, and the atmosphere clean!
