“i have never had a bad experience at this dunkin, the employees have always been kind to me. a lot of reviews are disappointed in the fact that the employees aren't "smiling" and such which is beyond me because clearly they've never worked in fast food/customer service before. it's a fast food chain. i don't speak for everyone's review obviously. personally, i don't think i have ever had an issue with the service or the food. the food and drinks are always consistent and good. the staff has always been kind and accommodating to me :)“

“Today is 7/26/22 I wanted some good donuts so I stopped in this morning and got some donuts and apple fritters and glazed twist when I saw that show case and my eyes almost came outta the socket when I saw all the different variety of donuts.they had my favorite coconut and toasted coconut let me say your donuts are absolutely delish I will be back keep making those coconut donuts“

“Super easy, I-4 to Lee Rd (exit 88 FL #423, West bound) at 441 it turns in John Youn Parkway, FL #423, T Right onto Silver Star Rd (FL #416, at Circle K) T Left at 1st light/ Eunice Rd, (Eunice turns into Bryan Mawr) cross RR big brown building on Left after curve and ABF. Long dirt shoulder to stage on. Shipping office by door 14 in middle of docks. Back in off street, worst part is drivers of cars.“

She called another location to make sure I could get that many donuts on time for my event. Even though it was my mistake, Ellie took responsibility for solving the problem and was cheerful and professional.“

“I love my Dunkin coffee every day! I purchased a hot latte at the Edgewater Dunkin and it was cold, so I went to the Lee rd Dunkin to purchase a medium hot coffee to warm up the lukewarm latte! Well to my surprise the manager on duty heard my complaint and replace my lukewarm hot latte with a delicious hot latte on the house! Thank you!♥️“

“Its been a while since I started going back to Dunkin do to poor quality food and service I spend $7 up to $10 a day for 6days a week $60 a week thats $240 a month pretty much a car payment cell phone payment JS but im not targeting 1 spot its several but this one here i started coming back for the week and its been on point with the food being fresh not over cooked and burnt ofcourse coffee is decent isn't what it use to be 10 to 15yrs ago it seems lighter and weaker but it is what it is I will continue coming back as long as the service and food is still great 👍“
