“Customer service was exemplary! The order process was easy, and the drinks were made correctly & quickly. The location is very clean with easy access to get on & off Hwy 434. Parking is generous as it seems most people use the drive thru.“

“i have never had a bad experience at this dunkin, the employees have always been kind to me. a lot of reviews are disappointed in the fact that the employees aren't "smiling" and such which is beyond me because clearly they've never worked in fast food/customer service before. it's a fast food chain. i don't speak for everyone's review obviously. personally, i don't think i have ever had an issue with the service or the food. the food and drinks are always consistent and good. the staff has always been kind and accommodating to me :)“

“Today is 7/26/22 I wanted some good donuts so I stopped in this morning and got some donuts and apple fritters and glazed twist when I saw that show case and my eyes almost came outta the socket when I saw all the different variety of donuts.they had my favorite coconut and toasted coconut let me say your donuts are absolutely delish I will be back keep making those coconut donuts“

“We accidentally drove to Mochibae right when they closed but the owner was SUPER nice and opened the place up for us and made us a Korean corn dog! We got the half cheese and half hot dog with potato and it was amazing! The cheese pull just kept on going and the hot dog tasted way better than a regular corn dogs! We also got the churro and s'mores mochi donuts and they were really good too! The owner said that their rice bowls are really popular as well so we are definitely coming back to try that next!“

“05/15/2024Delivered pallets of sugar. Shipping and receiving by door 14. You'll back in off a road where cars fly by. There is a break in traffic though. Small shoulder to park on while you go in to sign in. Nice people. Quickly began to unload. Scents of baked goods in the air.From I-4 take John Young Parkway North then turn left onto Silver Star Road then go left on Eunice. Eunice turns into Bryn Mawr. Bakery on left.“

People are genuinely helpful here and as someone with social anxiety, I feel more at ease when I sit and chat with the staff. “I didn’t catch the name of the guy working today, he was great though! I called ahead of time to make sure they were doing the Halloween munchkin bucket and that they still had a variety there. He was very kind in answering me and letting me know. When I got there he apologized that they didn’t have lids, but was kind and asked if I wanted a certain flavor or a variety. I wanted a variety with no blueberries and he made it happen. My doggo was very happy to get his pup cup too! Thank you for the treats! ?“

“I love my Dunkin coffee every day! I purchased a hot latte at the Edgewater Dunkin and it was cold, so I went to the Lee rd Dunkin to purchase a medium hot coffee to warm up the lukewarm latte! Well to my surprise the manager on duty heard my complaint and replace my lukewarm hot latte with a delicious hot latte on the house! Thank you!♥️“
