This location always makes my order perfect! They are so kind! Literally the best ice cream spot ever! Shout out to Kristen, Anna, and another awesome team member that I didn’t catch her name! They literally made our night! We appreciate you all!!!!

I’m really disappointed. It was my first time here at the drive-through around 10 something at night. And I was looking at the menu and I saw that there was like this tropical flavor. I don’t remember what it was called because it was my first time and when I was approached by a girl with a iPad, she asked me which flavor I wanted and I said oh, and the tropical flavor and I said I don’t remember the name of it because I just looked at the menu was my first time. She told me that there wasn’t any more tropical flavor, but what I was thinking was an Italian ice I wanted an Italian ice that had the strawberry lime mango and coconut when I get to the window, I’m expecting to pay almost 4 dollars. But I get there and I pay six dollars and I was confused while I was paying six dollars I asked the girl to show me the cup sizes and I said that’s six dollars. OK I paid it. I looked at the drink that was in the plastic bag given to me and it was a dairy drink. I am allergic severely too dairy so I had to throw it away, it was a waste of six dollars.

Sydney overheard us excited about the cheesecake flavor, so she gave us some samples with our Togo order. You don’t find that courtesy these days. She should get a raise!

The staff and workers went above and beyond to deliver me the best experience ever. Shout out Kate for being super kind and helping me choose a flavor that was amazing. 10/10 experience would come again, if you want an 11/10 experience try and go when Kate is working!!

Very nice staff through the drive thru. I took my gf there for the first time and Cali and another young lady were so nice and patient. They let us try samples to see what was best for her. No need to speak on the flavors and taste. Always A1.

Always delicious! Their Italian ice is not the snow-cone style you may know. It’s so smooth it’s almost creamy and comes in some unexpected flavors like cake batter, cookie butter, and mint chocolate chip. The Jelati is the real draw, though. Layers of Italian ice and soft serve create a nice texture contrast and amp up the flavor. Flavors can swap out by day or season, but the core flavors are pretty steady.

We came in earlier today to get our family dog his last puppy cup on the way to the vet's office. The whole family was really feeling it and we were all crying a bit- but the ladies at the check out were very kind to us and understanding, we really appreciate it. The workers here have always been nice, but I'm extra grateful today for that kindness on such a hard day. Thank you so much ❤️

Great place for ices, good service best tasting, reasonable prices

I bought a small ice cream cone and was surprised to find that the inside of the cone was filled with rainbow sprinkles that I did not ask for. I called that location and was informed that they always put sprinkles inside they lie cone to bind it and keep the ice cream from melting. No way the food service should add anything you don’t ask for in your food. What if someone has dye allergies that are used in colorful sprinkles.

I love this place. The young ladies that work here are friendly and fast to make your dessert. This location is often very busy, so time it right.
