We always drove past the "Rice and Beans" sign on Ronald Reagan and finally decided to give it a shot. I am so glad we did, I can't speak more highly of this place. The owners are so friendly, the food is unbelievably good, and it's very reasonably priced!If you're in the area, try it. I assure you that you won't be disappointed!
