Great chicken sandwich, owner and wife was very polite. Didn’t force me to do anything I didn’t want to try. This place definitely deserves 5 stars!! Can’t wait to bring my family back.
What a wonderful little place. The owners are so welcoming and the food is made fresh. You can tell there is a lot of love and care that goes into every meal. The food was so good we didn’t even have time to take pictures. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good spot with fantastic local owners and fresh food made with love.

We always drove past the "Rice and Beans" sign on Ronald Reagan and finally decided to give it a shot. I am so glad we did, I can't speak more highly of this place. The owners are so friendly, the food is unbelievably good, and it's very reasonably priced!If you're in the area, try it. I assure you that you won't be disappointed!
