I had a great experience at So Fresh in Altamonte! The food was fresh, flavorful, and the recommendations I received truly made the bowl one of the best. I went with black beans, tomatoes, onions, avocado, brown rice, garlic noodles, and the grilled blackened chicken—chef’s kiss. Every bite was satisfying and well balanced. The avocado, crema and sweet chili sauce added the perfect blend of spicy and sweet.
Shoutout to Sebastian, who was working the line and did a really great job with prepping the bowl just right. And major thanks to Tee, the cashier, who offered some amazing recommendations. You could tell she genuinely cared and helped me put together the perfect mix.

Sebastian made the most delicious bowl with blackened chicken. The tzatziki sauce was absolutely perfection and the ingredients married beautifully. Y’all do yourselves a favor and treat them taste buds to food that will properly nourishing that body.

Quality has gone way down! I took a break for about 8 months from ordering after waiting extremely long on my last visit. I was very surprised today when I ordered a bowl with minimum items included (only about half of what was supposed to be in it)

The food there was amazing! It taste delicious and was healthy as well. The restaurant atmosphere was comfortable and the staff was super friendly and professional especially a woman named Tee!

Terrible smell when you first walk in. Worker standing around. Tables dirty, garbage area filthy, food dripping down front of stainless steel garbage can area. You order yourself and then it asks you to leave a tip. Plastic silverware cheap. Bathroom gross. Boxes of items left in front of bathrooms. I can’t even imagine what the kitchen area looks like. My teen age kids love the food but we won’t be back. $30+ for 3 small bowls and no drinks.

This is the size of the bowl. Do not recommend. The rice don’t even cover the bottom of the bowl and there are 5 small pieces of chicken. Waste of money

We ordered two custom bowls and two smoothies. Everything was correct and tasted great. Ordering through the app we were able to receive a discount code and ordering was also super easy.
The portions are unbelievably small. Not, “leaves you hungry” small. More like, “what did I do to offend you” small. Ordered a Design Your Own Warm Bowl with quinoa, mushrooms, chickpeas, black beans, tomato, onion, and tofu. Literally 4 slices of mushroom, less than a teaspoon of chickpeas and black beans, even less of each of the other add ons, and not enough quinoa to even cover the bottom of the bowl. This isn’t even an appetizer portion of what tastes like canned ingredients… and for over $20??? Never ordering here again.

I use to love so fresh but unfortunately the quality has gone way down. The food does not taste fresh, the store always smells nasty I'm not sure why, and the employees I question their hygiene. I would rather drive the extra miles to get healthier options than return to so fresh. This location needs to get it together and have their employees looking a bit more like they work in a restaurant.
