Honesty foods great and ambiance is nice bartenders and pretty much all servers are nice as well. However the tall blonde hosts EVERY TIME we come here is super aggressive and dismissive. if I (or probably anybody) has a request that’s different then what she’s trying to give she’s rude. My friends and I work in the service industry so we get how things can stressful and everyone has different needs but the hostility and lack of hospitality is not the first thing you want to be “welcomed” with when walking in. We also seen her be aggressive with other costumers to the fact the manager comes out. Might as well just keep the manager at her hip with that attitude. I literally tell my friends if they see her to just go to the bar or eat somewhere else if you see her at the front hostes so she doesn’t ruins anyone’s vibe. Not the server manager or bartenders fault but the hosts rolling her eyes every single time and being passive aggressive makes me think of what kind of establishment this really is.

Always good good and friendly service. This has become my girl and I favorite place.

The wings were superb, juicy and crispy with great flavor. Homemade ranch and blue cheese were great to dip with the wings and tots. The Dipper was ok but a little dry and only 1/4 cup of au jus… Happily will go back because of the quality.

Lots of good looking options on the menu but be careful! I ordered a burger cooked medium temperature and it came out bleeding all over my plate. I didn’t send it back because I am not picky and wanted to eat with my friends. Posting this in hopes management sees and controls it before someone not so tolerant has a similar experience.

Server was nice and lots of TVs around to watch sports.

Loved that they had live music going in the courtyard as well!

This restaurant/bar has a great atmosphere. The food is really tasty and the drinks are even better. Overall, it's a nice place for a good quick bite and strong drink.

I had the sombrero its great. The burger is perfect size. The fries might be the best fry ever, they are very good. I also like the atmosphere its simple not loud and if you sit at the bar you can watch TV. My only complaint is you get so few fries. Its right down the street from my office so I've been there a few times and would go back.

Didn’t even acknowledge us. Nothing. Not even I will be right with you ? Service is horrible. DO NOT DINE HERE. THIS IS OUR SECOND TIME COMING HERE AND IT’S BEEN THE SAME THING. SOME OF OUR FRIENDS HAVE COMPLAINED AS WELL HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. MANAGER DOESN’T EVEN CARE AND THERE Is we don’t have enough workers? I have everything on video and I will be posting.

We were treated poorly today at The back porch Longwood! We were left to sit uncomfortably long while our waitress walked all around us laughing wearing a ball cap at work. It was so very sad 😔. In this day and time some people seem to still insist on treating people differently based on looks or assumptions! A new waitress took over at my request. She was kind but the image of this place was already tarnished beyond repair. Stay away with kids, couples, families, cultures and alternative lifestyles if you care to have a good experience.

I gave it 5 stars for the hot blond waitress that works there. The food is good but small portions.
