Tropical Smoothie Cafe

The smoothie was okay, but Mostly ice. If I spend $7 on a smoothie I expect far more fruit than I got. This is more like a slurpee than a smoothie. The place is clean and staff was nice. I’m sure the food is good. But the smoothie was disappointing. I’m just taking your word that there’s banana in it as I can’t taste any. It’s More of an icee than a smoothie. Maybe I’ll try a sandwich next time.
(Follow-up, I went to smoothie king and got a REAL smoothie! You guys should go there and do a side by side to see what a smoothie SHOULD taste like)!

I counted 5 people standing around behind the counter and my order was the only one on the monitor yet it took them 5 mins to actually scoop stuff and put it on the blender.

I stop here every weekend for a bowl and flatbread. Every employee is amazing even at 0700. The service never fails. Love this little smoothie shop.

Acai bowl is yummy and reliably well prepared. But, they need to keep the tables clean and tidy and ready for the next customer.

I love this tropical so much. I’ve been coming here since they first opened the plaza, even back when I was in high school. Everything is amazing but I’m not sure what happened to the crew. I noticed they have released the Nutella Açaí bowls and I was super excited to try it. The first time I ordered it, I got no Nutella yet I specifically ordered a Nutella Açaí. I did end up calling and they did help me to get another Nutella Açaí bowl, but some how, it happened again when I went today. I know it’s probably the newest thing on the menu so the staff is probably not used to it yet. They are lovely and nice but, I just hope they become more aware and careful because people are paying the extra for the Nutella. Although, I will admit, it is my mistake for not checking before I walk out the door. I’m usually used to the store getting my orders right in the past, but since this has happened again, I’ll watch out.
Overall, despite the missing topping on the new item, it really is an amazing store.

I don’t usually dish out glowing reviews, but Tropical Smoothie Cafe has completely changed the game for me. I’ve been coming here since they first opened, and they’ve never once let me down. Always on point, every order—especially my quick pick-ups when I’m racing against the clock—is spot on. I tip my hat to this location for their consistent excellence, friendly service, and the unbeatable vibe that keeps me coming back. Keep rocking it, Tropical Smoothie Cafe!

They hit you up for tips right away when using a card at 15% before giving you service. And it is a place where you pick up th order and clean up after yourself also. Bathrooms, mens had trash on floor, (how to post pics? App is not doing it)

Don't have any issues with the food or employees. The place looks very clean until you look up above where all the food is prepared. The walls and ceiling are coated in a thick layer of dust from the A/C. It's not very hygienic. There are dust balls fluttering right over all the food, which is open to the elements. I think the kitchen area needs to be covered in plastic and the walls and ceilings cleaned.If the a/c system was serviced regularly with proper filtration, it would help with this.The owner needs to get this sorted out, or I will not be coming back to this location.

Food is good but the black guy working the register needs to learn a few things about customer service. You can't be giving your customers dirty looks. And complaining about your issues to your coworkers while at work. Us paying customers shouldn't have to listen to or deal with that. Have a better day

This used to be our favorite location but will no longer give them my money or business. The workers tried over charging for items they were not putting in my drink. We have come to this location since it opened and ordered the same thing and now they want to overcharge us.
