I love this tropical so much. I’ve been coming here since they first opened the plaza, even back when I was in high school. Everything is amazing but I’m not sure what happened to the crew. I noticed they have released the Nutella Açaí bowls and I was super excited to try it. The first time I ordered it, I got no Nutella yet I specifically ordered a Nutella Açaí. I did end up calling and they did help me to get another Nutella Açaí bowl, but some how, it happened again...
I don’t usually dish out glowing reviews, but Tropical Smoothie Cafe has completely changed the game for me. I’ve been coming here since they first opened, and they’ve never once let me down. Always on point, every order—especially my quick pick-ups when I’m racing against the clock—is spot on. I tip my hat to this location for their consistent excellence, friendly service, and the unbeatable vibe that keeps me coming back. Keep rocking it, Tropical Smoothie Cafe!
