Top tier customer service! We are visiting from Atlanta GA. Stopped at the WestLake Burger King after a football game. We ordered two whopper meals and a Kids meal. We were handed our food, and we drove away. Got out of the parking lot and onto the side road behind Burger King as we are checking our bags at the stop sign... A Burger King employee went above and beyond to make sure we got our food! (Scared the living day lights out of us but definitely the real MVP!) We had forgotten...
Compared to the McDonald’s across the street, I’ve NEVER received unsalted fries or had my order messed up! The food always comes out fresh, hot, and super fast. These people deserve more praise!
