“Top tier customer service! We are visiting from Atlanta GA. Stopped at the WestLake Burger King after a football game. We ordered two whopper meals and a Kids meal. We were handed our food, and we drove away. Got out of the parking lot and onto the side road behind Burger King as we are checking our bags at the stop sign... A Burger King employee went above and beyond to make sure we got our food! (Scared the living day lights out of us but definitely the real MVP!) We had forgotten the kids meal for the kid. So thank you to the young gentleman working the closing shift on Wednesday night who had an accent. He is definitely a gem and should be appreciated by corp and management at the location.“

“Stopped in today for a bite to eat. Ordered through Mobile with pickup at the counter. 1st thing I noticed is the building is brand new and clean. Didn't use the bathrooms but the seating area was solid. I even sat and ate there, which I never do. Next I noticed the staff. They seemed to be on top of it. My order was quickly handed to me and everyone was friendly, which in today's fast food climate is RARE. And mostly important is the food. It was hot, presented correctly(it looked delicious, and lastly it was delicious. This store sets the standard of a Wendy's.“
