“We had a party catered from IL Pomodoro in Loxahatchee. Everyone just raved over the food. It just has this little extra something that makes it taste so much better then you have ever had. It is like I never had Ravoli so good. You ask yourself what is it about this that makes it so darn better. Ya do not know what makes the difference. Other dishes are the same. You are thinking why did I go any where else. I've ate that dish many times in my old age and never was it this good. No small portions. Lots of juice with the piccata too. So so good. The new owner made it a nice looking place with the new updated eating area and all. He is always there and says his food is always consistant. The food is just so darn good!!!!!!!!! Just a great place!!!!!!!!!!! Try it!! You'll be back!!! The food exceptional.“

“I ordered Domino’s delivery tonight and it took over an hour to arrive. The order was placed at 7:42 PM with an estimated delivery time of 20–40 minutes. Gregory left the store at 8:16 PM, but my food was not delivered until 9:12 PM.

I completely understand that it’s Saturday night and delays happen during high volume times. That part I can be patient about. What was frustrating was seeing on the Domino’s tracker that Gregory appeared to stop at Taco Bell after another delivery instead of driving directly to me. That alone caused a 30+ minute delay after the order had already left the store.

Before arriving, I could also see him driving slowly down B Road with his interior lights on, presumably eating. When he finally arrived, I met him at the gate. He pulled in, handed me the food, and claimed he got lost, which honestly did not line up with what the in app tracker showed. After handing me the food, he then sat outside the gate for several more minutes.

The food arrived cold and the delivery experience itself was extremely frustrating.

That said, I called the store and spoke with an assistant manager, I believe her name was Felicia (sorry if I got the name wrong). She handled the situation perfectly. She was professional, understanding, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire call. She completely understood my frustration and offered a credit for the cold food and poor delivery experience.

I was originally planning on leaving a 1 star review because of the delivery, but her customer service completely changed my mind. Great customer service still matters, and she absolutely deserves recognition for how well she handled the situation.

“Decided to try Gino's Pizza in Palm Springs today for the 1st time due to receiving their menu in the mail. I ordered a large pizza with sausage, onions and garlic with 10pc Honey Garlic wings. Went to go pickup my order and was immediately given a friendly greeting from Joe at the counter. Place is a little hole in the wall but very clean and organized. He thanked me for giving their place a try and I must say I was pleasantly surprised and they exceeded my initial expectations. The pizza was delicious, nice crispy crust with no flop, just how I like my pizza. The wings were fantastic too. Nice crisp to them as well, just how I like my wings. Highly recommend and will look forward to becoming a regular customer.“

“My wife and I had a wonderful experience when we visited the restaurant in Alton. The music was loud and we were going to leave but my wife decided to go speak with one of the managers to see if he could do anything about it because we have hearing problems. He immediately got the music turned down a little and then got us a seat within 5 minutes. The food was wonderful and Chris the GM kept checking with us that we were being taken care of. The Mojitos were a little heavy on the sour mix I believe the drinks are over priced. On the menu, the Mojitos were $15, However, the bartender charged us $17 per drink. I’m thinking this may be why there was only one other table set at 6:30 PM. The pizza has a thicker crust and lots of cheese, but I thought it was really good. Two drinks and a medium pizza was $60 before tip. Two things left a a sour taste in my mouth….he Mojito and being overcharged by the bartender“

“My wife Margaret and I pretty much have always enjoyed Anthony's, even though we have to bring our own Oregano, LOL and have visited many of your restaurants. Your wellington location is now the only one we actually visit. The second or third time we visited your Wellington location. we were greeted at the door by a sweet young lady named Estee. When we sat down to dine, to our delight, we met the most delightful server named Abbey. She was simply the greatest when it came to customer attentiveness. On our next visit we asked Estee if the server with the British accent was working, telling her how much we loved that person. To our surprise Estee happily told us that the server's name is Abby and that Abbey was her mom. We try to make it there at least three or four times each month. Yes, your food is great but I'm sure that you realize that there are many great places to get great pizza in our area. Some are much closer to us than your Wellington location. But even though we can get Oregano at the other places, for us, they are missing one key ingredient, and that is ABBEY. We enjoy watching her with other customers too. She has a way of making people enjoy their dining experience. Honestly, if Abbey in not working, we actually go to the restaurants closer to our home. The evening of April 8th I was there with a friend from NYC and left my ATM card. Abbey texted me that “Liz” has it in the office. T retrieved it the following day. I was able to thank her this evening. Listen, I know that people are quick to gripe and slow to compliment, so please thank Abbey for my wife and me. We much appreciate what she adds to our dining experience.“

“We recently tried Ah-beetz and had a great experience overall. I placed an online order for pickup, and the process was very easy and straightforward. The order tracker was especially helpful, it let me know exactly when it was a good time to head to the restaurant to pick up my food.

When I arrived, it was a little confusing figuring out where to go because the areas for dine-in and pickup weren’t clearly labeled outside. However, once I figured it out, the pickup process was quick and smooth.
