One of the best experiences I've had so far! Office opened at 8:30am and I got there at 8:10am. Line already had 50 people so I was a bit discouraged. One the office opened it took about ten minutes to get to the front door. My temp was checked, I told what I was there for, got a number, gave them my cell number and waited in the car. Live right on the border between Pasco and Hillsborough county. Will always go to Pasco for license help. They know what they are doing, and always give the same answer. Hillsborough on the other hand tells you one thing on the phone, after you wait in line for two hours they say that's not true.

Super efficient and quick. The line was long on a Saturday morning, as they only serve pasco county residents on a first come-first serve basis. They open at 0830. I received my ticket at 0833, was seen at the license photo section at 0841, then got called to the other window to finish my transactions within 5 minutes. Christopher was thorough and got down to business. I was out the door at 0858. Impressed!!
