The couple of times I've been here they weren't busy but service is always slow and I used to love Arby's but the taste and quality just has gone so downhill I don't enjoy it anymore. That was probably my last time returning to any Arby's location.

Well, Arby's definitely didn't have their a-team on staff today (Saturday at 4pm) we made a special trip for the deep fried turkey sandwich, even packing up and toting our 3 month old baby. Ordered our sandwiches and sat in the drive thru line behind 2 other cars for about 20 minutes. Baby was getting fussy but we were patient. We finally get to the cashier and she takes our payment and then walks away, 10 minutes later another guy walks up to us and tells us they didn't have any of the sandwiches available...said they didn't get thawed???? Wait, what? Why did you charge us then?!! Anyways he made us the same sandwich with double roast beef...I couldn't hear him tell my husband that because the baby was too loud in the back seat as i sat by her. Otherwise I would have said to get me another plain beef...but that double roast beef sandwich with all the extra stuff on it was goofy. We were charged for the fancy sandwiches and got weirdness, instead of asking for a refund for the pricier sandwich we just left because it was too hard to hear them at that time. Overall I was pretty bummed out. I probably won't make a special trip to that Arby's again 😕 I know this isn't their lifelong career goal, but at least they could have thawed the food ready for orders when their advertising it on TV all day!

Staff was friendly and order came up quickly. Food was chain quality. There is limited seating at this location. It appears the furniture was never replaced after social distancing. Soft drinks are self service for dine in.

Ordered a Double Roast Beef combo with large crinkle fries and soda plus one regular Roast Beef. Used the 50% off deal on the App and made my $18 order just over $8. Great deal on the app or with coupons from the newspaper!! Arby's has been my favorite fast food place since I was a kid, over 45 yrs and this location on SR54 in Lutz has always done a good job in the 17yrs Ive been going here. Sandwiches are always freshly made, and our fries were hot and crispy. Great job Crew!!
I’m a frequent customer at this location and today I dined in. The lady that took my order she was not friendly even when walked in she took the order quickly and rushed. I ordered a Ruben sandwich now in the past this sandwich was loaded I mean loaded and heavy. When I got the sandwich I was extremely disappointed with how this sandwich looked. I got like what 2/3 slices of meat. I went up and spoke to the lady and complained and she said oh u got 3.5lbs of meat. I mean looking at the sandwich and the picture of the menu how the heck. I was so disappointed and she didn’t even bother remake my sandwich $13 for this meal and it was worth $1.00. She shouldn’t even be working with the attitude she has. She all tatted and wear glasses so the owner would know the employee they have working.

The food was actually better than I expected today. However, the lady behind the counter was rude and looked annoyed to be at work. She made several snarky comments to the customers behind me and was loud and rude to her staff.

I couldn't believe that I saw a Facebook post that Arby's had brought back their potato cakes as of July 1st !!!!! I can honestly say I was pissed when they discontinued them and because of that had not been back. I am so hoping that they keep them on their menu forever!!!!

Hadn't eaten at an Arby's in over 5 years but with their five classic roast beefs for $5 on the app, I decided to give it a try. After getting my food it's going to be another 5 years before I eat there again.
