I had the best Sancocho ever! It reminded me of my grandmas from Puerto Rico. This place is a hidden treasure for sure!! The Sancocho was delicious, perfect portions of meat soup and vegetables!! I’m definitely coming back to try the rest of the menu!!

Arepa Mia is an amazing place to go for Puerto Rican and Venezuelan fusion cuisine!

The owners, Jose and Gloria, are fantastic. They clearly put a lot of care in to their business. Jose was attentive and courteous during our entire visit and Gloria took time to come out from the back to say hello and chat with us about our experience with the food.

The dishes tasted fresh and were very well flavored. Today we tried the chicken mofongo, chicken arepa, and the pina colada. We enjoyed every single one of them! We are definitely planning on coming back to try more dishes!

We just moved into the Wesley Chapel/Lutz area and had an amazing lunch at Arepa Mia. It was the best empanadas and tostones I have ever had. Also, the bar area is nice, and Jose is super cool. Give them a try if you're sick of the same generic chain restaurants in this area.
