This is my favorite Baskin Robbins/ Dunkin I’ve been to in Tampa Bay. Every single staff member I’ve worked with each time, including the managers- have been friendly, attentive, and easy to work with. There’s always a great selection of flavors to choose from, and it’s cleaner than most locations. I look forward to coming here every time. They are on top of customer service. We will be back, and I highly recommend!
The only thing I would change is adding lighting since it’s very dark around the building at night.

Extremely terrible customer service, useless, rude and lazy staff; moreover, the manager or owner are never present. My most recent experience on oct 20th involves the employees, Chloe and Demetrius who were completely unhelpful in getting a cake for my mother in law’s birthday, and the manager was not present at this occasion also. Apparently her name is Carmen Pritchett. I may have been given incorrect information about employee names as none of them wear a name tag. Don’t bother wasting your time or money at this location. This has been my unfortunate experience at multiple occasions over more than a year!

I am appalled by the experience I just had a the local Baskin-Robbins here in Land O Lakes/Lutz.
I placed my order online through the website which tied to the exact location for me to pick up my order. I ordered a DIY kit, which includes 2 quarts of ice cream, 3 toppings, a can of whipped cream and cherries. The total of this order came to $25.00. The website said the order would be ready at 4:00pm and I also received a confirmation email stating the same.
I went to the store and the first girl behind the counter (named May) was friendly. She asked what I ordered and I told her, and she had my receipt already printed out. As she confirmed my name, another girl working the drive through (she refused to give me her name and was not wearing her name tag-which I am pretty sure is the required uniform) came over and said we don’t sell the DIY kits here. I said what do you mean, it was available on the website. She said “that’s the chance you take when you order online”. Not the response I expected, so I said okay, then I will take a refund and she said “we can’t do that because we’re not managers and our manager is not here, you need to come back tomorrow to get your money back.” I said no, that is not what is happening. May then said “I will call my manager”- the correct and helpful response!
No answer from the manager so I was left in the same boat-out $25, with no recourse. As I was taking the information down of the one girl’s name and the other refused to give her name, I said “ you know you could have just put some ice cream and toppings in a container and this would have been all fixed.” She said, “ I can’t do that because our inventory would be off”. I said “so it’s okay that your register will be over $25?” I am now kicking myself for not refusing to leave without my money and have them call the police. I will find out who this manager is tomorrow and can’t wait to have the conversation with them.

At least twice a month for the past 3 months I went to get a chocolate shake and either they were out of chocolate or past off chocolate peanut butter and other chocolate flavors and refused to just explain that they were out of chocolate today is may 30th which tomorrow is 31st and there out of one of best selling ice cream employee told me that they get a truck once a month of there order
We came in for ice cream. There was no greeting and the young man didn’t have gloves on. Why are you serving food products with bare hands? Gross. Please train your employees on cleanliness.

This has got to be the worse location when it comes to Baskin robins. I have ordered through Uber eats a couple times and each time the order gets canceled on their part for unknown reasons (I only tried for a second time trying to give them a second chance). This time I decided to go through the drive thru and the girl on the other end was so rude. I asked for an Oreo layered sundae, which I have gotten from there before she claimed that she had worked there for 3 years and had never heard of that ever. ITS ON THE FRICKEN MENU!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Trash location.

Ordered and paid for an kids birthday ice cream cake online. 2 days later we go to pick up the cake and.....no cake. An associate called the owner who said they don't take online orders except it's the 3rd time we have used that method in the last few years without an issue. If you don't want online business then switch off the option from your website!! Owner said she will look into it and call me back but like everything else that's disorganized with this location she never called us. Luckily Publix came to the rescue by making a beautiful and delicious cake! Bank refunded our money after filing a claim.

Very poor customer service both in store and with Uber Eats deliveries. They are always out of flavors of ice cream that aren't chocolate or vanilla. So what's the point then? You are not 31 flavors, so change your name to BR 2 flavors.
Uber drivers consistently cancel pickups bc they never have the order ready when they arrive, so after waiting 20 minutes,they leave. Then the entire order gets cancelled. Ordering in the store is a painful experience having to explain the order over and over bc they don't listen. Avoid this location if you can help it.
The woman who attends this specific store has a very negative attitude, she is not professional at all and cannot serve customers. It is my third time in the store and it is always like this. I do not recommend this location to anyone
