Alina has such a sweet spirit. I was having a difficult week. She mentioned she had a hectic day. But you would never know it by her mannerisms and kindness in helping me with my order. In addition to great freshly baked bagels in-house, they also make their own cream cheese. And, those MUFFINS!! Oh my! My family is going to so appreciate these goodies. Thank you Alina for a nice experience at Big Apple Bagels ! We would welcome you to Palm City Church any time you want to feel God’s love and the love of people in the local community.

Completely and utterly disappointed. Bagels good but man they should be ashamed of themselves for the size. 10$ for a bagel with lox that is the size of a mini bagel. NOTHING like a NY bagel. Never going back and I would advise not to waste time here. Complete rip off.
I love the bagels choices they have here. It’s super fresh and soft. My favorite drink there is Caramel Decadence, the coffee isn’t too bitter and the sweetness of the caramel is perfect for a morning wake up.
The breakfast bagel is super cheesy and lots of protein. The Northern Omelette with Poppy Bagels and Veggie Cream cheese is the BEST for breakfast. Everything blends so well together and you’ll be full until lunch. Nothing is perfect than waking up to a delicious bagel!

Literally never been disappointed. My wife and I have been here multiple times and tried a variety of menu items and they are always delicious and fulfilling, not to just the belly but fulfilling to the soul! We cannot recommend this place enough, unfortunately for us we have to commute to get here but it’s always worth the drive. If you haven’t been we highly recommend it! They offer a variety of cream cheese flavors and bagels, as well as muffins. Can’t wait to come back!

I heard great things about Big Apple Bagel so I decided to stop in myself for a quick breakfast. Immediately walking in the door you can smell the delicious fresh baked bagels and their giant muffins! I ordered a bacon egg and cheese (extra bacon) on a cheddar melt bagel ,a side of their house made olive basil cream cheese and a iced oat milk latté. Everything was so flavorful and good and the service was top notch with everyone being super friendly and attentive! I loved that they have so many options of bagels, muffins and cream cheeses! I can’t wait to go back and try something new.

I used to love this place when I first moved out here last year but I went today and it seems quality had gone down… the salmon on the lox bagel was spoiled and they used pieces that you wouldn’t eat of the tomatoes…. Very disappointing.

I've only given 3 stars for atmosphere because Big Apple bagels is a functional restaurant, in that it is clean and has tables and the ubiquitous soda dispenser. There is nothing pretentious and it's nothing special to look at. There are thousands of restaurants that feel exactly the same. Until you take a bite of a bagel. Then you understand what a gem this place is.
To my knowledge Big Apple is the best (only) fresh bagel bakery in Pasco county. The bagels there are, in a word, fantastic. Speaking as someone who grew up in New York and visited Jewish delis both there and in South Florida, I can tell you that these bagels are the real deal. Nothing you can get in Costco or Publix can match what the bakers in Big Apple have managed. Chewy soft interiors, perfect exteriors, exactly what a bagel should be. They have all the classic flavors and some very modern ones. The place has my HIGHEST recommendation. As a side note the muffins and coffee are excellent too, but as you can tell from this review, the bagels are the reason I've been going here for years. I almost hate to write this review because I don't want this hidden gem to become busier, but the hard working folks who are churning out the absolute best bagels in Pasco deserve recognition.

A very, very mediocre bagel spot. The reviews were good so we were hoping the bagels were good.
Notably worse bagels than Panera if that says anything. I don’t know what other people who left reviews are eating, because they were honestly terrible.
In addition, the people running it who I presume are the owners, appear to really hate doing what they’re doing.

Best toasted sesame, cream cheese with bacon bagel I've had since moving to the west coast of Florida. The price was extremely fair

I have gone here numerous times and their bagels are amazing. Their customer service on the other hand absolutely sucks. I called at 9 o’clock in the morning on a Sunday to make sure that I can get my order without having to wait in a long line because I know they’re always busy. I had to call 15 times before I could get someone and when I did, the person picked up asked to put me on hold did not actually put me on hold just put the phone on the counter. It sounded like and continue to have another conversation with another employee “hold” Which was about 25 minutes worth.

This is my favorite place to get a bagel. Fresh bagels all day and the best options with cream cheese.
