The bagels had more of a bread feel to them than the tack and firm exterior of boiling, which is fine for bagel sandwiches I asked to have the cheese changed on my bacon egg and cheese from American to cheddar, and I saw the hand go over the cheddar to the American. I was going to say something but then the bacon came out of the microwave and my jaw dropped, not even oven baked, I'm not saying it needs to be pan seared or anything but microwaved on a tray I knew that I was in the wrong place. The food, environment and staff were all doing exactly their job. The staff took my order and made it, the food was digestable and what was on the menu board, and the atmosphere had seats for me to eat on. Three stars for doing the exact job that has nothing beyond what must be there to be as advertised

Arrived at the restaurant 25 minutes before closing and they were already cleaned up and would not toast the bagel. She said she would microwave but would not toast since they had cleaned the toaster already.
I had an issue with a delivery. Upon contact with Big Apple they corrected the issue. Great customer service and great food.

Personally found them to be extremely rude. The selection wasn’t great. They appeared to use table salt on their salt bagels. It’s worth the drive to Wesley Chapel to go to Brooklyn Bagels.
