Let me start off by saying, I am not usually the type to leave bad reviews. The food was okay, it was priced very well, so I cannot complain about that.
Went here for the first time on Sunday, it's close to me and I was excited to go to a new breakfast spot. I waited a while in line because it was a Sunday, that's fine, I figured they would be busy.
When my boyfriend and I got to the counter, the girl taking our order looked annoyed to just be talking to us. I didn't take a long time to figure out what I wanted, in fact, I had an order ready. Maybe she was overwhelmed or stressed out? That's fine, no worries. We all have those days.
We get to the end of the counter to pay, and again, no greeting or acknowledgement that we're there. Just silence as we gave our pay slip and paid for the food.
However, other customers were talked to nicely, greeted, and smiled at. Clearly, there was a disconnect and maybe even a racial bias. I will not be returning.

I really like the bagel quality. They just got kinda skinny with the bagels... They used to be chubby and robust. Flavor still good, they all work hard. Like this place and drive 20 min just for bagels.

Went in for the first time to try it out and left disappointed. I was surprised to see they microwave the bacon and eggs. They also messed up our coffee order. The options on the menu looked great but the final product wasn’t what I was hoping for.

Bagels were still warm when I purchased them. Staff is pleasant and very helpful. Food is great and consistent 😊👍
I’ve been coming here regularly for quite a while, but lately the experience just isn’t the same. A few of the staff I used to see have quit, and ever since then my orders are rarely made correctly. It feels like every time I come in, something is wrong with my meal. The owner always apologizes, but there’s just no consistency anymore. I really hope they can get things back on track, because it used to be one of my favorite spots.

Service is pretty slow. Two restrooms but NO changing tables?? Bagels are good but there are zero dairy free options for bagels except if you want hummus. As a new Yorker of twenty plus years every NY bagel shop has tofu cream cheese
