Staff was nice . Most of the meals were good, a couple of them seemed to be flavorless (spaghetti and meatballs and the salmon were blah) cold and nothing that we would order again. California chicken was very good and the kids enjoyed the chicken tenders.

We were serviced dirty dishes and the food was cold and not very good. I went to the Orlando BJs and way better than the Wesley Chapel location.

The decor and atmosphere are pleasing. The service is friendly and excellent. I enjoyed a few cocktails, and the food presentation is lovely. However, the food itself is just average, mediocre at best. Which is disappointing as the lively environment suggests otherwise. I understand the Pizookies are their signature desserts, but I wish they offered some other choices. Currently, the only other choice is ice cream, 2 flavors to choose from. I've been here twice. I think going forward I'd only visit for cocktails.

It was the waitress' first day and she took 20 minutes to even get our drinks. We had to flag down somebody else to help us. Then when the waitress finally came, she took a very long time to take the drink and food orders. She then disappeared again, and three or four different employees, INCLUDING a manager and it still took very long to receive it. the manager had to come re-ask the drink orders because they weren't put in. We finally receive our drinks and then when the food comes, one of us got the completely wrong order, even though the manager came to confirm what we all got. Manager promised to take items off the bill. Then finally once we all had what we ordered, the waitress comes to give the bill and of course nothing was taken off the bill and she actually upcharged us for things that came with our meal. We had to send her back twice before she actually got it to what we ordered. But again, nothing taken off the bill. I do not blame the waitress at all because it was her first day, she was nervous and shaking, and did not get nearly enough help. We were told she would be taken over for 4 times and she kept coming back. I blame management. And management should've been 100% responsible for removing most of the bill, as promised,

Incredible service, unlike any kind of service we've had here! Marcial was personable, professional, seasoned and kind. I'm a picky eater and he had no problem taking my order and fulfilling EVERYTHING we asked for! We hope you get him when you come!! 10/10!! ❤️

Bjs needs a full on health inspection from the county. Approx 48 hours ago I had a full meal from bjs. Steak, fries, and a pazooki. My wife ordered the same thing. Here i am at the hospital with the most excruciating pain while my wife gets her stomach pumped. Beyond ridiculous. I will never step foot into this chain of restruant again. I'm glad I paid over $70 dollars have a meal that puts me in the hospital.
