The Hard Rock Music was to loud and we had to ask Gail our waitress if she could have it turned down! Could not talk to the person across the table from me. It was 11:30am and only a few tables were occupied. Two men were sat behind us in the next booth and they actually had to talk loud to be able to hear each other. So, we asked Gail if we could move to another table and she accommodated us.

Brought out of town family here last night. Our server was excellent but the kitchen was not doing well. We had wings brought out without the blue cheese and ranch. A personal pizza was received very late after we asked about it, and then found out they had to remake it because the first one was burned. My salad was brought out missing half of the ingredients and barely any dressing. They remade it and the new one also was missing ingredients at which point the waitress advised they were out of the ingredients. Then why remake the salad? At that point the rest of the table was finished with dinner so I left with no food. I had to eat something at home after the 45 minute drive so was very hungry. Not the best experience!

Ordered the Strawberry fields salad and it was half the portion from the previous visit so the server bought me out an additional portion of salad. Then I ordered the avocado egg rolls wich didnt seem to be as good as previous visit. I had the worst stomach ache ever that night due to what I ate at BJ's.

Floor is incredibly slick throughout entire restaurant. Slipping all the way to the bathrooms and out the front door. Saw a woman completely slip and fall near the front door.
