Reina was A MAZING!!!! Great service! Food was very good. Seating time on a Saturday was great as well.. Hostess was very nice 😊 I enjoyed it very much.

We had a wonderful experience at BJ’s in Wesley Chapel. The food was great, but what really stood out was the service. Kate was absolutely amazing to our two little girls. We were there because they earned a school achievement coupon, and she went out of her way to make them feel special. She was so kind, patient, and even gave them wristbands, which completely made their day.

Specials are well worth it especially the Pazzokie. Server was excellent along with the speed to receive the food. Will definitely go back.

Everything was good, but they removed the foods from the menu this month that have made BJ's unique. Now it's just like every other restaurant so we'll probably mix it up and go other places

London is hands down one of the best bartenders at BJ’s! Her drinks were top-tier, and her attentiveness really stood out. She was friendly, quick, and made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back for her drinks!
Im so sick of this Company getting rid of the Best meals. First it was the wing back during pandemic, then it was rootbeer glazed ribs now it the Soba Bean Chicken noodle. All the other stuff sold is basic American foods which do not taste well. Just so annoying.

Arrived at 5:30pm to a restuarant that is halfway filled. Larger party in our group (10). Was told it would be a few minutes to get seating (about 10 minutes). Waited 20 minutes, before inquiring with hostess about table and was told it would be about 6:00pm before being seated...at which time I asked to speak to the manager. 3 other parties with 3-4 people in their groups were seated after our arrival, so I cant believe it is a staffing issue. Finally, seated at 5:55, but still waiting for drinks. Come spend your money here if you have time to wait. Too many other restuarants in the area to do this experience again.

Kayla D was our server and was one of the best servers I have ever had. Polite, smiled, on top of every request, checked back often to make sure everything was good. She needs a raise or recognition!

Had a great experience here! Bone in tatonka stout wings were some of the best I’ve had, and the protein bowl with blackened shrimp was also amazing. Fiancé had the tri tip meal - it was tasty, tender, and the asparagus didn’t disappoint!
Service was attentive and friendly from Kayla - it’s so hard to get great service these days and she was on it!
We signed up for loyalty rewards and will be back next time we visit the outlets :)

We came to this restaurant to celebrate my daughts birthday. Never again will I come back. The manager had the personality of a dead brown grass. And the food was mediocre.
Our waitress was the bomb.com. I cant remember her name but she was new to the area. I think she said she moved down from South carolina. She had a cheaper bubbly warm personality. Like we grew up together. And we went to each others slumber parties. I hate i cant remember her name. She had green hair and a nose piercing. Anyway if it wasn't for her this place would not have gotten 2 stars. My mom order the sampler platter she asked for her burger and wings to be well done. Her burger was still mooing. I mean it was raw in the middle. Not medium well raw in the middle. Her wing were under as well. I really should have known he was a special kind of manager and not in a good way. Typically when a manager is walking around there greeting guest and making sure everything is ok NOT this guy. Well we eat out quite often so you kinda pick up on things. For example when there is an issue with food normally u get the manager. He apologize and makes it right, again NOT this guy. This manager kept sending our waitress back. Then there was an issue with the check, the bill was 112. It included a 20% tip. No problem our waitress was worth every dime. I think she should start training the new hires as far as waitress. Anyway she brought the check i paid 78 with an e gift card and the rest on my debit card. But for some reason I could pay the 33 on my card the waitress went to get help. And out comes out Mr. Personality of dead brown grass. He tells me the system didn't register the payment. so I showed him the receipt on the phone after or waitress instructed me to scan the original receipt and I can just add the gift card info. He then tells me the number arent adding up. Im like sir first of I didnt creat any of the number all I attempted to do was pay and put the remainder on a debit card. And the receipt info that I have the merchants copy as well as the guest copy does add up. And it won't look the same on the phone b/c I just paid 78.00 using the gift card. Im noy understanding the confusion. He kept repeating i don't want to over charge u. I was like your not your gonna run my card for 33. Thats it so how are you over charging me? U don't want me to get some type of credit. I understand but what ever went wrong i didnt do it I didnt generat a receipt. But ok let's use simple math the bill is 112. I paid 78. Which leaves a balance of about 33. I didnt make this up its showing on the egift card receipt. Where the dates are matching the time stamps are matching the table numbers are matching. Im showing it to you. That guy was still lost. He eventually said ok if u want me to change the 33 dollars. I was flabbergasted. Sir that is what I owe you that is the difference of the bill. What are u saying. Needless to say we won't be gong back there, and our waitress I really hope she takes her talent else where b/c or even with the same company but under new leadership. Because dude isn't it. And his dead personality doesn't need to rub off on her
