This food truck has delicious Mexican food. It's located within a gas station so parking is limited and they have 3 wooden benches to sit and eat or wait for your food. There is a 12-15 minute wait to get your food buts it's sooo worth it. Great variety of your traditional food, tacos, quesadillas, flautas, etc. I ordered thre tacos, one with chicken, all pastor and suadero. All were very good!!!

Tried BLANKITA Tacos food truck and was really impressed! We ordered the flautas, asada and chorizo tacos, and churros. The food was ready in under 10 minutes, which was a nice surprise. They also had cute little picnic tables outside where we could sit and eat. The flautas had great flavor, and the tacos were delicious and well-seasoned. The only downside was the churros…they tasted a bit off, maybe frozen or not as fresh. Still, overall a great spot with tasty food and quick service. I’ll definitely be back!

The most delicious spot for Mexican food!! It’s consistently good everytime and the pricing is fair. We’ve had a few of their dishes and they have all been good so you can’t go wrong with whatever you choose. All the agua frescas are fresh and tasty! Service is always friendly too.

Very good food and in this area we don’t really have good Mexican food .. El chapos is the closest one but I went there 3 times and all 3 was disappointing..
