The crust is delish, thin and wood fired crunchy. I liked this place! They have vegan or gluten free options and very interchangeable menu. My friend got vegan and the Workers will change their gloves when working with your speciality pizza too.

High rise crust came out raw both times they tried. Kiki was super apologetic and we appreciated that but it was kind of a bummer to have our valentines pizza tradition a bit off this year. Maybe more training needs to concur or just slow down a bit? We would have happily waited to have a cooked pizza.

Ordered pizza for delivery on the Blaze Pizza site. It said it was delivered but we never received it. I called to explain and I was told they would get back to me in 5 minutes after they contact door dash (their 3rd party delivery service) no one called me back!!! I kept calling and no one answered the phone. Finally they answered and told me they were resending the order after I reached back out to them!! They have horrible customer service and we will never order from them again!!

The concept of blaze is great… and maybe it’s worth the risk at other locations but NOT this one. My primary concern is when we order I get a salad because and exceptionally clear noting “NO OLIVES, WE HAVE AN ALLERGY”. The last 2 orders this note has been absolutely disregarded. When I reach out to tell the restaurant I get a response of “We apologize. Your feedback it crucial and are committed to addressing it” which for it to happen twice doesn’t seem like much of a commitment. Additionally at no point did they offer a credit, a refund for the inedible salads or even to remake them. THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE FOR THOSE WITH ALLERGENS. I’ve learned with Blaze you can’t risk it. I’ve ignored the inconsistent cooking from one visit to another. I’ve ignored the char and often burnt spots on the pizzas so bitter and large you can’t eat pieces. I’ve ignored sometimes they are so undercooked they are doughy and fall apart. I’ve ignored the missing toppings or the excessive salt. I’ve ignored a lot because I do like some toppings that you can’t get other places and the convenience of the drive through. But to ignore all that and they still put something I’m allergic to in a dish after I tell them not too and then not even offer a refund or anything? I’m not ignoring it anymore and especially with the allergen issue I feel compelled to share and warn others. It would be one thing if they said they can’t not put olives in something but to just ignore a directive and do it any is poor service at best… deadly at worst.
Great pizza, love the build it your way. Seating area is lacking frequent service, out of napkins, dirty tables etc.

I used to come to Blaze and add 5-7 toppings and load it up because I could Then I started just doing 2 toppings like my my regular pizza order. Never tried hot honey, and I put them on my wings one day, and can’t do wings any other way now. Then thought let me try it on pizza, and I don’t think I can eat pizza any other way now. I do white sauce with shredded mozzarella with extra meatballs and red onions with hot honey, and a drizzle of ranch on top, highly recommend
