I've eaten here many times and I've never had a bad meal. Of course they're bang bang shrimp is excellent but they have many entrées that are also very good. Pricing is not low but it's not extremely high either and the atmosphere is good and the wait staff is very competent.

Well, I just got embarrassed by the manager in front of the whole restaurant. I didn't know my bonus coupons were expired. He could have explained it to me nicely. But he was loud and kind of demeaning. Even though the food was good, I'm not sure I'm coming back.

I am a fan of Bonefish, have been for years and will continue to go to other locations. Their food is reasonably priced, consistent (up until today), the service and overall experience is very good. I’m a fan of the Dale Mabry and McMullen Booth locations- and others. My experience at the Lutz location today was awful. It doesn’t have any ambience, almost clinical with an uneasy and unfriendly feel. I was going to start with the corn/crab chowder. It came out cold. I don’t mean warm or room temperature, it was cold. How can a bowl of soup come out of a kitchen, be handled by more than one person and be delivered cold? I was seated at the bar and mentioned it to the bartender. She offered to warm it up, but I declined. If their quality control allows cold soup to be served, then it’s best not to eat there. I overheard the bartender relating the issue to what I assume was the manager. A short, stout ‘gentleman’ dressed in a black uniform. I assume he must have thought I was out of earshot, as I heard his final retort “AND YOU CAN TELL HIM THAT!” A little Napoleon complex apparently. Again I really like Bonefish, but I suggest avoiding this location.

We ordered take out by phone from this Bonefish location. I was a little skeptical that we would get good food and good service after reading many reviews. We were pleasantly surprised by the good food and prompt service. My husband had the special grilled filet and shrimp with mashed potatoes and asparagus. He likes his steaks medium rare, so it was a bit of a gamble for a take out meal. But it was delicious and cooked just right, even considering travel time home. He IiKed the mashed potatoes and asparagus also. I had a Cobb salad with shrimp that was very tasty. All the salad ingredients were fresh. My husband also had a side house salad. We were very pleased with the whole experience and we will be back.

First time at this location and I will be back. I'm bad with names, but they were not...the two gentlemen serving me at the bar were top-notch. They were sure to look me in the eye to meet me, asked almost immediately for my drink order and made sure I had everything I needed. Great service and I enjoyed a haddock special with feta, basil, artichoke and other yummy stuff. Excellent food, excellent service!

Came for dinner and had an overall lackluster experience. From the too long wait to be seated and get our check to the lack of flavor it was a 3 star experience... Appetizers Bang Bang Shrimp 10/10: A classic, never misses. Shrimp Caprese 2/10: A seasonal offering. Overall lacked flavor. Entrees Blackened Mahi Mahi 9/10: Accompanied with a side of the signature lemon sauce it was delicious. Signature Pasta with Salmon 3/10: The sauce was bland and the overall meal lacked depth. The redemption was the salmon. I commend the waiters attempt to bring raw garlic and more sauce but it still missed the creole flavor the dish claims. Overall, I was disappointed in what used to be a favorite.

We had a reservation for lunch on a Sunday and it was perfect. Restaurant was not crowded, service was good, and meal was delicious!

Enjoyed a great meal on a rainy Thursday evening. Started with GOOD bread dipped in a deliciously seasoned olive oil. Shared the Imperial Shrimp dip appetizer served with crispy Tortilla Chips. The entrees were Grilled Trout (with lemon butter) and Blackened Fish Tacos (with mango salsa & lime crema). Desserts were Cheesecake drizzled with Raspberry Coulis. Cappuccino topped it off. We were seated promptly and service was very attentive (Thanks Brianna!) We took home leftovers which will make a nice Lenten Friday lunch. Happily we had NO complaints thoroughly enjoying an excellent meal.

Our server was friendly and, at first attentive. Once she took our order we didn't see her again and had to flag her down. She said "oh, how is everything?". My friend ordered a glass of wine and I asked for coleslaw dressing as all the served was a bowl of cabbage. She came back with the wine and immediately spun around to the table behind her, set down their drink and scurried off. We didn't see her until 15 minutes after we finished eating. I asked for the check, she asked if we wanted to dessert. Um, no, I want the check. Took 5 minutes to get the check and then another 10 minutes for her to get the credit card and return it. Sat around twiddling our thumbs for 30 minutes total. BTW - we went late afternoon and the restaurant was not busy....

Awesome clean restaurant. I love that the waitress, waiters wear chef coats. To me it made me feel like it was an upscale restaurant. The food was amazing. I dream of their bang bang shrimp. It is so good I drool just thinking about them.
