Food was amazing (again)! We had a breakfast burrito and Rays triple play- salsa was perfect, and the house made hot sauce was the perfect addition. Service from Jessica was top notch. She was friendly, quick, and efficient. I think we may have found our regular brunch spot.

Evertime we come in, I have to have a lavender lemonade. We decided on the Guava French toast, home fries and bacon. I subbed my guava sauce for strawberries.

Brunchies is a cozy diner gem! The stuffed French toast with berries was pure comfort. Retro decor and bottomless coffee sealed the deal. Friendly staff kept things lively. Five stars for a perfect brunch spot!

Love Brunchie's! Go there all the time. Recently, they seemed to have changed the recipe for the biscuits and gravy. They were always light and fluffy with thick savory gravy. Last time I ordered the Lutz bubba it was dry and hard, tasted stale and greasy. The gravy was watery and oily. I hope they change it back to the delicious way they used to make it.

Absolutely fantastic. There will be a line so be prepared. To us, long line indicates the locals love it AND the food must be good. This place didn't disappoint!! My eggs were a little bit too runny - but the thick cut bacon was perfection on the plate. They also serve DUCK BACON if you are into the exotic scene... not me - I'll take pork!! The French toast was superb as well. Prices were a bit high... breakfast for 2 bill was $41. We'd highly recommend giving this place a try. BUT again SUPER BUSY on weekend so be prepared to wait - if you don't have to wait - a BONUS!! Parking can be tight as well...

Highly recommend! Very unassuming from the exterior, entering Brunchies you will be greeted by a vibrant, clean, and larger then expected restaurant space. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The food was served fast and hot. Cooked perfectly. The pancakes were HUGE! If you're looking for a great breakfast spot in the area away from the usual chain restaurants, I highly recommend.

This was our first time here. It took a long time for our food to come out and when it did, it was barely warm. The food itself was ok. I'm not in any hurry to go back.

We were a large group from out of town for a work conference and came for breakfast the three days we were in town. The service and food was amazing. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing server Jasmine, we were there for our monthly girls meet up for brunch. She was very patient with us while we did a lot of talking and came back for our order. Food was great but with they had more drink options. Had the sangria and it wasn't very strong and the other options were just drinks with champagne or vodka I believe. It was very warm and we asked to have the fans turned on due to the amount of people and the kitchen being an open setting it definitely got warm and smokey in there. I had the chicken and waffles, I had kind of expected more but it was very basic. If I go back will definitely choose something different, they have a large selection and the food looks amazing.

The veggie omelet was just how I like it - just filled with veggies. And I really loved the duck bacon as an alternative. It had a satisfying chewiness and yummy flavor.

We went to Brunchies in Lutz/Land O'Lakes. Their menu contains items for breakfast and lunch. The restaurant is open until 2 pm. It is located a mile west of the Outlet Mall. We ordered quickly and our food came out as ordered within 15 minutes. It looked and tested delicious. We will definitely visit again soon.

Been going to Brunchies since they opened but last two recent visits have not been good. It’s clear the economy has taken a toll as the food is not as good and the portions are scaled back significantly while the prices continue to increase. Staff is scarce and do not appear to be a team and work in silos, including management that used to walk around and check on customers but now stays behind the main counter . Please note it wasn’t even a busy rush or full of diners .

Also Watch your condiments like tomatoes & onions , lettuce etc for inedible cores and wilted leaves , nothing like butting into a sandwich and hitting a hard core that wasn’t removed before plating.😥
