Another order gone wrong, didn’t get 1/2 our order right. The person repeated what we wanted and rushed us thru but rang it up wrong!
I grew up eating BK since I was really young and prefer them over MxDonalds . It’s getting harder and harder for me to support them in days like this. Yes I get the whole shortage on employees but why aren’t managers stepping up to make sure things like this happen less…

They just rebuilt this location and still the same bad management! Waited almost my whole lunch in line waiting and then finally get it and it was disgusting. Too much Ketchup and cold everything! The one manager was there before and she’s got a terrible attitude towards customers, when she gets the order wrong. I saw numerous people having some issue with their orders. Hopefully you can get new people who make you feel welcome and if you spend your money get the order right...read full review
Just left. Asked for no mayo. Gave me mayo anyways. Took them 10 minutes to remake ONE burger. Asked if it was no mayo and manager shrugged her shoulders. There is enough ketchup on this thing for 6 burgers. Will not be back.
