I ordered 3 meals on DoorDash, all of them were made incorrectly. Burgers had ingredients either missing or added on that I removed. There were fries given on orders I selected onion rings for etc…the fries were cold and taste like burnt oil. On top of it, I was given like 30 straws in my bag? Make it make sense…

As with many of their other locations and competitors. Service is just slow. Not enough staff. No working with a purpose, not saying service was bad or not polite..
When ordering via the app I have expectations that my order is placed and should be qued once I placed it and paid for it on line. By the time I get there my order should be made ready for delivery.

Taking an hour glass may help you prove the time spent here....by the time the female mgr.takes your order,rounds up the crew,fixes this the drive thru issues ,and the French fry containers quit falling on her... you may get what you didn’t order......they need to pay you to visit this Location........Charlie 2.0🔥

I have never experienced the treatment I received by the so called manager. she refused to speak to me when there was an online order issue and refused to refund my money. I got no food and no money back. I was treated so ignorantly and rudely. this location is the worst.... I will be getting in touch with either the owner or district manager for this location!

Honestly so hit or miss. I stop here for my morning coffee and croissant (it tastes good and it’s under 8 dollars). There is a Hispanic girl that argues with me every single morning that I encounter her. I just want no ice in my coffee because I HATE when it melts. I’ve even offered to pay for a large and have her give me a medium and it seems she takes her minimum wage, 7 am Burger King shift so seriously that I have yet to be successful in getting an iced coffee with no ice

Edit: also it tastes like the coffee machine hasn’t been cleaned in a few days

My wife and I at this location yesterday, she went and washed her hands and took off her ring 💍 and left it in the bathroom 😭 we were 15 minutes away from the store before she realized it was missing we were riding in a Lyft and we called the store and she said they found it.we tried to reward them with money and they refused.Thank you for loving kindness and honesty!!
