I wasnt expecting much, but when we ordered 2 Impossible whoppers, they came out actually looking like the commercial. They werent squished or anything. They tasted so good. The lady at the window was also really nice.

Ordered the new crispy onion whopper and was told after paying they didn't have the crispy onion so they gave me a cheaper whopper instead. Wow just realized no cheese on my whopper. Now I remember why I stopped going to this BK. While standing waiting for the food I must have heard I'm sorry a dozen or more times.

I have visited this location 3 times. And 2 of the 3 times I could almost swear my burger was heated in a microwave. Piping hot. Soggy bread. Steamed taste to the burger itself. I am a BK regular, so I have a feeling they are using this practice. Otherwise, restaurant is always clean. Quiet atmosphere. But, unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.

There service is horrible. Can't get orders right. Ordered 3 items and recieved 2. Food tasted like it was made yesterday. These fast food restaurants want to charge a ton of money, but they cant orders correct and the food taste like crap. Ridiculous
Cash works upfront Is rude he slammed the food on the Counter poor behavior, disrespectful Thanks to the manager he said he will fix the problem but this worker should not serve the community. I’m very disappointed.

The Burger King on Van Dyke Rd is one of the best locations around! The restaurant is always clean, quick, and consistent, and the food quality here is excellent. I especially loved the Classic Chicken Wrap — it was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly crispy without being greasy. It’s easily one of my new favorites on the menu. Everything else, from the fries to the drinks, came out hot and just right.
The staff is friendly and professional, always making sure orders are accurate and customers are taken care of. The service is quick both inside and in the drive-thru, even during busy hours. The dining area is spotless, comfortable, and has that classic Burger King feel.
You can tell this location is well-managed because everything runs smoothly and consistently. If you’re in the Lutz area and craving great fast food with excellent service, Burger King on Van Dyke Rd is the one to visit. Definitely a five-star experience every time!
