The manager told me to pull up to the second window if no one was there, then made me reverse back to the first. When I finally got my food, he basically tossed it at me. I don’t expect much from BK, but this guy was clearly miserable and decided to take it out on me. everything was cold.

The order will be wrong most of the time. The manager is a kid who could care less. The parking lot is mostly empty and I know why. poor quality control and management. About 10 new restaurants in the area and I assume this will go out of business soon. Maybe the owner will read this and make changes but probably not.

Normally I don't eat fast food, but sometimes I'm forced to get breakfast out. So BK is my go-to spot. This spot, not so much. I ordered a double croissant and didn't get it. And since I'm 2 miles away before I open my sandwich to see they got it wrong, I'm not turning around. Coffee had grounds and I was spitting grounds for 2 hours after rinsing my mouth. So if you like mediocre service, this is your spot.

This Burger King location is somewhat of a mixed bag. While it’s certainly not the worst place I've been to, it leaves much to be desired. The staff often seem irritated when assisting customers; I find myself having to repeat my order multiple times just to ensure it's correct.

On several occasions, the food I've received has been far from satisfactory—sometimes stale, other times cold, and occasionally it feels like it has been sitting out for too long. The lady at the drive-thru is generally polite and friendly, but it’s clear that she can become frustrated quite easily, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere.

I can't deny that there have been a few positive experiences during my visits, but they’re certainly overshadowed by the “meh” moments. Ultimately, I’d say it’s worth trying out to see what your own experience might be, but I’m personally hesitant about returning to this BK.

It wasn't busy at all and it was lunch time All the restaurants around this place were plenty busy. So I don't understand why this place would not have a lot of business but I stopped anyway. Got a soda and ice cream. Service was quick and helpful. Food tasted fine.

I ordered food from this location two days in a row, once at breakfast time and once at lunch time. The breakfast item was a croissant with egg and cheese and the lunch item was a steakhouse whopper and fries. Both sets of items were piping hot when I received them and both tasted great. The people who took my order were nice both occasions and the service was really fast

Thus location is way better than Hudson for freshness and fries are not ad greasy. Highly recommend 👌
