Average pizza. Dough/bread has no crunch not even on the crust...how do you not even get a crunch out of crust??!! I've had better pizza at pizza hut this is average at best. Not sure why the reviews are so high lol

Food was good but when I ordered my food, I was never asked whether it was for here to go. The lady saw me sit down after I ordered in the dining area waited 15 minutes for my food and served me everything to go.Almost didn’t make me feel welcomed in the dining room. I just got off work and my appearance wasn’t the best, but still kind of feels annoying when you have to unbox your bread and your pizza. Meanwhile, the people next to you are getting serviced and checked in on, and you’re just tossed to the side.I could be over exaggerating, but if me as the guest wishes to dine in at an establishment, but I’m NOT provided the opportunity to do so properly. Yet, everyone else around is, it’s just not good service.

Calusa is a special place. Tulio and his team are fantastic. The food is excellent. Long story short, I’m Very critical of my fare.My favorite dish so far is their Carbonara. Absolutely delicious.Every waitress we’ve had so far (been here 3 times in 2 weeks) is fun, friendly and fast. They stay on top of beverages, check on me often but not annoying, and always have a smile.If you’re looking for a good Italian joint in north Tampa with good music, great food and fair prices, this is the place.Thanks again Tulio :)-David דָּוִד

I thought I left this review a while ago, so sorry if it's a duplicate. But they were so kind and helpful. I have a group for my birthday and they were just so accommodating!!! They went above and beyond to be helpful and nice. The food was great! Something for everyone from pizza, pasta, to salad! Everyone was happy and the staff was so kind! I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

This place is totally recommended to anyone who wants some good Italian food. The pizza was awesome. Including the cheese pizza with Alfredo sauce and the onion bell pepper. The service was great! They were super nice.

Well worth the effort and time... prices very reasonableParking: Tons of parking... the plaza it is in is huge with plenty of close by parkingKid-friendliness: Kids were there when we were there... no issues... even had high chairs on site

Penne a la vodka was absolutely the best I've had. Love the white sangria.Had the same meal as before. Couldn't resist. Still the best.Good service. Nice peaceful atmosphere.

Absolutely the worst customer service yet. We order pizza online and when we went to pick up the order was lost. The lady working upfront was insistent it was something wrong on my end. Even though I showed her the confirmation. I’m all good with that even but as I waited almost 25 min for my pizza it came out and sat on the shelf for another 10 min before asking me what I was waiting on.Even during this the lady was rude and awkward to other guess. If I am going to spend my hard earned money at a facility I expect the service team to treat me and others as such.I would recommend any other pizza place than this.
