In so many years first time placing an order, the young lady was very rude upon picking app the order. I informed the restaurant of the service over the phone where I wasn't given a name or any information for my order took the order with attitude and then hung up upon having a private conversation herself to others about games. And my Order was being still on the waiting as I approached the restaurant counter and asked for a manager and her name she informed me what for you don't need to know my name and would not tell me the owner or manager on site's name so I can put on a complaint , they were service ever

Been coming for over a decade and will not be back. Order was wrong and incomplete. Over 40.00 for a half sized steak and cheese. Missing half the contents on the sandwiches. Order chicken tenders for my daughter and got half of a half chicken breast. Fries tasted like the grease was too cool and were disgusting. The steak and cheese Philly used to be the best anywhere. Over time the sizes has shrank to half of original and the love for the sandwich making has passed.

I’ve ordered from this location before without issues, but this most recent order was extremely disappointing and unsafe. I ordered a Caesar salad, which arrived with mushrooms in it — mushrooms were not listed as part of the salad, and I am severely allergic to them. On top of that, the wrong large salad was sent with my order.
The stuffed pizza I ordered was also a problem. The cheese was clumpy, overly oily, and the dough was undercooked. Even worse, my pizza also had mushrooms in it, which I did not ask for. Because of this, I could only take two bites before realizing it was inedibly unsafe.
I contacted a representative from Slice, who communicated my concerns with the restaurant. Shockingly, the only refund I was issued was for the Caesar salad that came with my meal — nothing for the wrong large salad or the stuffed pizza that was unsafe to eat.
I understand that mistakes happen, but what’s extremely unfair and unsatisfying is when a restaurant doesn’t take responsibility for them. Instead, they acted unprofessional and dismissive of the situation. If their customer service had properly addressed this, I would not have had an issue — but they chose not to.
Because of the poor quality of food, the mishandling of my allergy concern, and the unprofessional response, I will never order from here again.

Capri Pizza & Pasta nails NY-style pizza! The pepperoni slice was cheesy with a foldable crust, and garlic knots were heavenly. Family-run with a warm, checkered-tablecloth vibe. Four and a half stars for comfort food that hits home!

I called at 7:45pm to place a takeout pizza order and they don't answer the phone and they close at 8pm. I just happened to be at the bar inthe same plaza and walk over to place my order at 750pm and they say oh! We turned the pizza oven off. It would have been a $100 order. Not cool.

Delicious!! Family of 4 so we had subs, pizza, garlic knots, stromboli and Spaghetti. Service was great and very friendly people. Food was spot on. Facility is clean and AC was working great on a 93° day after the beach. Will visit again on our next vacation ☺️

The pizza is amazing. My favorite near me. Service is always wonderful. However, my only complaint is, the last 4 orders I made my sandwich was wrong. I order a chicken Philly with NO mushrooms and extra tomatoes. Last night I ordered that, got home and it was a regular Philly with mushrooms and NO tomatoes. Today I went in and said I need to look at my sandwich before I pay and it looked perfect. I told the guy bout my last few orders and he could care less. He rolled his eyes and was just like pay me. I'll never go back cause of this. These sandwiches are bout 15 each so I'm down already at least 60 for crap I've thrown away. Anyway if u want great pizza go here but don't order anything else. I won't be back that's for sure. Just go to 3 brothers instead.

Unfortunately their service is horrible and has gone downhill for years. They have horrible quality control and can’t get an order right if their life depended on it. We ordered pizza, pasta and salad, and received the wrong pasta and incomplete salad. I took pictures of their failure and they still refused to accept their mistake. Crazy these guys are still in business. Go somewhere else, their cost just doesn’t justify the value of service and product they provide.

They messed up the order and tried to charge us twice. They gave us a nasty looking BBQ pizza when we ordered a Buffalo pizza. When we tried to exchange it for the correct pizza we were told that we would have to pay full price for a Buffalo pizza even though we didn't want the BBQ pizza they gave us. It was a Terrible experience.

First time ordering. Everything was frozen inside and lukewarm on the outside. Meatballs, sausage and veal frozen and watery inside. Cheesecake was completely frozen. Garlic knots were soaked in oil and stale.
