Very rude manager. Lies to you every 5 minutes and says”your pizza is just coming out” like 5 times in a 20 minute period. I think he’s the owner, never smiles and looks like he hates his job, quit then my guy!!

I guess that’s what I get for ordering close to closing time. Stromboli thrown in a plain thin paper bags. Guys, you can’t afford containers for Uber orders? My Chef Salad missing turkey; the entire order was poorly put together. I’m sorry, I’m done! $30 wasted

We LOVE Capri's food-- especially the pepperoni and Capri Special pizzas. The atmosphere is very family friendly and often you'll see tables intermingling with one another- despite just meeting. I do feel bad for the wait-staff because it's usually 1 girl on the floor while the others are behind the counter. If the place is packed like it was last night, the poor girl is running ragged. I think there should be at least 2 girls during the busy times. Otherwise, go and order from Capri-- their food is delicious!

Everything about my trip was excellent. Shop was clean and aesthetically pleasant. The BBQ chicken pizza I ordered was impressive. Not drenched in sauce, not dry either. The crust was good, wasn’t burnt or too crispy/soggy. Not too thick or thin. Pie was also cooked and ready within 25 minutes, and the cost was slightly less than I usually spend on this item when I order out. Definitely a winner in my book!

Nayha took my order Tuesday, July 30, 2024 ~5:30-6:00pm -1 large Stromboli and 1 large calzone (pepperoni only), when I got home the calzone had HAM & pepperoni (I ordered only pepperoni), I called & explained the wrong order & said I would come back w/the wrong calzone when I pick up my correct order (large pepperoni calzone).

On my way to pick it up, Nayha called me to say it would be $6.00 because I paid for a small calzone. I told her that I ordered a large calzone and a large Stromboli- she stated that I paid for small on both items.
I explained that they made my calzone wrong & they made a small instead of a large.
I didn’t want to argue with the girl (she was doing what she was told), and I said I would speak with the owner when I got there.

Nayha was at the register and asked for $6.00 plus tax & I paid it.
The owner comes over & asks if I brought the wrong calzone with me and I said yes, it’s in the car.
He wanted it back & I said I would have given it back to you if you didn’t charge me the extra money & now, I was going to give it to my daughter (and I did give it to her).
He said “why should I pay for the difference when you paid for a small calzone”.
I explained that I ordered a Large for both items & received small on both items & the calzone was not what I ordered. He didn’t seem to understand that I was inconvenienced by having to go back there to pick up the correct order - it went on deaf ears!
The owner was arguing with me and a customer was eating next to the counter- very poor business ethic.

Such a shame to lose my family & some of my friends that “were” loyal customers, & they can’t believe as a customer that I was treated this way… over $6.00!
What a shame that he doesn’t realize that he should try to make it right for the customer.
He didn’t offer anything, not even a 2L Coke or a cannoli for my inconvenience!

He must have been having a bad day???
Or is this the way he treats all customers that receive wrong orders?

I DEFINITELY WILL NOT GO BACK, doesn’t deserve my hard earned money!??

Excellent NY Style pizza!! Owner & all the employees are really nice! Perfect spot to grab a quick slice or to dine in. Can’t wait to try their calzone & pasta!

I wish I was a horse

My family has been ordering from Capris for a solid year now and as much as I hate to say it we won't be ordering from there anymore. The quality of the food is always pretty good but the last 3 orders I placed were all messed up...missing toppings, wrong toppings, wrong pizza entirely, putting toppings on the whole pizza when I asked for half...it's just too expensive to continue to receive incorrect orders :(

I normally wouldn’t give a bad review- publicly… however- this is the 2nd time I ordered Baked Ziti- and bit times were simply awful. No meat sauce, no cheese at all- simply plain noodles with a light sauce. So disappointing
