Food is really good, but service is hit or miss. Just two employees working a Friday lunch, one on grill and other floating between cashier and sandwich line. Also charges a small tech fee on receipts. Different from sub shop across the street.

Less than impressed with the staff this evening, completely messed up the order and then served the replacement sandwiches that were poorly made, long time customer, would ask for MGMT to take notice. You're only as good as your last sandwich and the young gent on his iPods definitely appeared like he'd indulged in a few.

Came in the other night for a cheesesteak and it was absolutely delicious. The girl with the bangs & black hair made my sandwich quickly and prepared it perfectly. Very well impressed and will definitely be back.

Terrible, they served me a sandwich for pickup that obviously feel on the floor, hairs, dirt all over. Portion about 1/2 what it usually is, I Guest they scraped that off.

Every time I come here there are two people hard at work to make my food. It's amazing how they can make everything fresh that quickly while still maintaining great customer service. I saw someone today be inconsiderate to one of the workers... but she got her subs for free! Let's remember to be kind to people who are trying their best! Already came back from a messed up order from the last time and today they messed up on not just one sandwich but both sandwiches. Not once have I ever had a Bobbie cold and today I was told that I had to ask for it hott. But she never asked me about it while taking my order. However, she took the time to ask all the customers who walked in the door if they wanted theirs hott or cold. I had also ordered a cheese steak and it didnt come with the bell peppers and everything in it when I said everything is okay and again a customer ordered stuff and took time. I even tipped them well when she took my order. What a shame. Finding another cappriotis as I aint gonna wait for a third time to get it right.
I’ve heard about the Bobbie for years and finally had one. Pure bliss on a roll. Well worth the drive from Ocala.

Ordered lunch for the shop today and I was blown away by Kirsten! Working SOLO on a Saturday morning. They open at 10am. My order pick up time was 10:38am, I arrived at the exact pick up time. Not only was my order ready to go perfectly, she had an order for 32 subs before mine ready to go and had 3 more orders going on the grill! She had a positive attitude and had a smile while talking to her about my pick up. All around great experience and great subs!
