The only good thing I’ll say is thank gosh the coffee is actually pretty good. Got a very strong and unpleasant smell as soon as I walked in, I literally gagged. Unsure if it was cleaning products or what. Ordered the caramel shaken espresso which was surprisingly good. I also got a MILK cookie which was expired…my friend I was with took the cookie to approach the employee about it but we got ignored and just decided to forget it. We leave and get in the car, the bacon on the sandwich we ordered was completely raw, looked like it had barely been cooked. Went inside and they gave us a refund, but overall service was also subpar. Definitely don’t order food here, only coffee!

I wish there was one closer to home. This one is almost 40 minutes away but we're in the area once a month so we stop in whenever we're nearby. The drink options are many and the fact that you can customize your drink is a huge draw for us. We order from the app so that its ready when we arrive. And you can get whole bean there as well. If they ever come to Riverview we'll be there almost daily. The staff is super friendly and quick with the orders.
