When it comes to service above and beyond, this place takes the prize! Lutz location management and staff are superb! We forgot our to go entree after eating at the restaurant. We ordered a to go entree for our son. We forgot to get it and the staff missed it also. When we got home I called to let them know. They offered many options and we chose the $10 credit. A few days later we received the gift cards and free dessert card in the mail. Wow! We were blown away by the hand written note and message! Thank you to the manager that took care of us.

The Northpointe Village Carrabba’s continues to be our favorite place to dine. Its service and food is truly superior to other Carrabba’s locations. Once again we had our favorite server, Maria, who’s always attentive and makes us feel appreciated. The summer special prosciutto-wrapped pork tenderloin is my favorite dish, and the Tuscan-grilled filet is perfection . After dinner with a couple of delicious pomegranate martinis, we didn’t have room for dessert. We took the cannoli cake to go. It’s a massive slice we always split over two days.

Another reviewer complained about parking, but parking is actually plentiful.

Eating out these days is a choice and with the rising prices, I make sure we eat somewhere we will enjoy our meal with price and value of what you get in mind. Carrabba's is not a new restaurant for us however this location was. We usually go to one closer to home however we were in this area of Wesley Chapel/Lutz. The food was on point. Only negative was the prices went up again and their lunch specials, to me are not appealing choices so we bought dinners. Service was slow to start however the waitress picked back up and came by several times. My only issue with the entire time was the music was TOO loud. I'm not in the age group where many older people complain about these things and the concept it will make people spend more is ridiculous. There is no reason for it to be that loud when it the restaurant itself wasn't busy. Music choice could have been better too. Not even atmosphere type. I'm not an old fuzzy-dude complaining, just saying, turn it down. Management and DMs - Sit the booths near the bar and listen. Sit under the speakers and try and have a conversation with others around you. I couldn't wait to get out of there, maybe I would have enjoyed dessert and a coffee. Next time I want Carrabba's, I will go to the other location where the atmosphere and music are reasonable.

We’ve had food delivered and taken to go before but never eaten inside until last night. What a wonderful experience! We had a party of 20+ for an anniversary dinner. Not only was the food an instant 10/10 but our servers truly made our experience at Carrabba’s full stars across the board. Our main servers were Baylee and Jessi. Baylee attended to most of the other few tables, but she was truly very helpful and kind, and I heard from friends nothing but great things. Jessi was attentive and was truly charismatic, easily fitting right in and connecting with our party, making this by far one of our best dinning experience in awhile. We especially appreciated her attentiveness to the fact we had small children with us, and she was very honed in on also connecting with the kids. Her personal touch made me want to come back just to feel the Carrabba’s familial connection again. Thank you so much to Carrabba’s and it’s workers for making us feel personally drawn in, and we will be returning again.

Our waitress Jasmine was amazing. She made sure our drinks were never empty and bread was fresh and warm. Only positive feedback for her attentiveness. Service first and made you feel like we were her only table! We will definitely be back and ask for her.

As expected, 10 out of 10!! Carrabba's never disappoints. Excellent food and service.... Prices are a little higher than last time I was there but we all know everything is more expensive now.

We went for wine night, what a great time we had. Service was outstanding, the food was exceptional the atmosphere was filled with ambience. Jessie was our server she went above and beyond. All the servers were friendly.
