When it comes to service above and beyond, this place takes the prize! Lutz location management and staff are superb! We forgot our to go entree after eating at the restaurant. We ordered a to go entree for our son. We forgot to get it and the staff missed it also. When we got home I called to let them know. They offered many options and we chose the $10 credit. The Northpointe Village Carrabba’s continues to be our favorite place to dine. Its service and food is truly superior to other Carrabba’s locations. Once again we had our favorite server, Maria, who’s always attentive and makes us feel appreciated. The summer special prosciutto-wrapped pork tenderloin is my favorite dish, and the Tuscan-grilled filet is perfection . Eating out these days is a choice and with the rising prices, I make sure we eat somewhere we will enjoy our meal with price and value of what you get in mind. Carrabba's is not a new restaurant for us however this location was. We usually go to one closer to home however we were in this area of Wesley Chapel/Lutz. The food was on point. Only negative was the prices went up again and their lunch specials, to me are not appealing choices so we bought dinners. Service was slow...
