Had a wonderful experience at the bar. Lexi was kind, quick, and bubbly. Greeted me right away. Answered all my questions and made my drinks quickly while managing the well at the same time. As a restaurant manager I definitely noticed and appreciated how exceptional a job she did. 10/10.

El servicio de Karina did amazing service. Thank you, for your kindness and empathy. As an IBD/IBS patient, finding safe food options is hard but you made it possible. Your service, flexibility, and genuine care truly make this one of my favorite restaurants.

Went with my wife for lunch and was seated today for 15-20 min with no server in site! We had to locate the manager who was very nice. Not sure if they are short staffed but this has happened before! Not my preferred location!

Best experience ever at a Carrabba's. Visited the location at the outlet mall in Wesley Chapel. My server Josh was was so pleasant. He was so knowledgeable about the menu and I never had to wait for a refill on my ice tea. He was very attentive and very nice to speak with. The food was so delicious and portion was great. Chefs were really on top of things today. They currently have the $10.00 take home. You get another entrée to take with you. I recommend you check it out you will not be disappointed.

First and last impression. We got a table after waiting. No one acknowledged us for no less than 25 minutes we counted. So we just ended up leaving and again no one said anything. Horrible service never coming back here to try again.

Update: I filled up the form for a complaint about the restaurant on their website after being requested to do so. Absolutely no follow up, The hospitality here is a joke. They're just trying to move on to the next customer instead of trying to reestablish a connection with a customer which was their fault.
