I love Cava. This was my first time trying this location. I ordered online and in sadly disappointed. My order didn't have my sauces and the rice was very hard and crunchy, making it impossible to eat.

Chicken shawarma was 🔥 stacked with hummus, crisp romaine, pickles, garlic dressing, tahini, and just enough harissa to wake you up without ruining your day. Every bite hit.
Shoutout to Stephen for making the whole experience better. Dude was genuinely fun, high-energy, and knew exactly what he was doing. That kind of service makes you want to come back, not just the food.

We were so excited when this opened, as we have A LOT of “chicken & fries” places around here. We’re fans of Chipotle so when we heard a “Mediterranean Chipotle” was opening we were excited to try something new (for us).
We’ve been about 8 times since it opened. The food is always fresh and absolutely delicious. There is enough variety so that you can try a lot of variants without getting fatigued on anything.
I have ordered ahead every time, so I can’t speak to the ordering in process. Generally, the food is ready when they say it will be, though occasionally I’ve had to wait longer.
The staff are all very nice and have been very helpful and also apologetic if anything is late.
Definitely a fantastic alternative to all of the “fast food/fried chicken/tex mex” around here.

Food is good, but location allows dogs inside. Was behind a gentleman that had his dog in the food line. Dog was so excited, it was trying to get loose from owner. Dog was also shedding. Not very appetizing.
The food is delicious. The girl that was getting people’s food in the line…amazing, helpful, great attitude. This is for the manager. I pulled up to the pick up window to pick up my pick up order because I had a baby in the car. I sat there for a minute waiting and she literally just looked at me and did nothing . I came inside and she just looked at me again. She was doing the bare minimum to help the girl behind the counter by just cashing out the only two other people in the building. Instead of coming to see what the next person needed she walked away and again made the girl behind the counter do everything. The manager wasn’t busy at all. She was doing absolutely nothing.

Had the worst experience with the gentleman with no name tag at this location on 11/30/25 @15:30 PM with my friend. We both ordered bowls, the server kept rolling his eyes for every request. The server kept having a bad attitude on every request on the bowl that made me want to leave immediately. Management needs to get it together at this location for its customer service. Brand new location already started out bad to the community. Treat people with respect and look understand the reviews.
