I stopped by Charley’s at Tampa Premium Outlets while shopping and was really impressed. The staff was friendly, my food came out quick, and the cheesesteak was fresh and flavorful. The fries and lemonade were perfect on the side. For a food court spot, this place definitely exceeded my expectations, I’ll be back!

Whatever you chose , you will be delighted. My turkey bacon sub was outstanding and the Philly steak was the best around other then New York original.. very Close. You will not be disappointed.

Parking: It is located at the mall.

Kid-friendliness: Kids are there accompany with adults.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicapped parking at the mall.

My typical order is cheese fries with jalapeño - one would assume that it would hard to prepare incorrectly. The only time my order is made to satisfactory is when the women who works there is in charge / working there. I do not know her name but she is very tall and has a cool rotating necklace. Every single time I order cheese fries and she’s not there - I get what seems to be half a pump of cheese that covers maybe 5 bites and then I am left with dry fries. It is always...
