The pecan chicken salad was phenomenal, and my 9 year old's fettuccine Alfredo was excellent, but the whole experience was made fantastic by the service we received from Lauralynn, our server. She made our experience so pleasant, especially after we were treated like garbage at Miller's Ale House.

My husband and I love cheddars came into the one at the outlets at 3pm. We were never greeted by anyone, we stood with another party for over 10 minutes with multiple staff staring at us but never even greeting or letting us know if there was a wait. We ended up leaving with no one ever having greeted us after 15 minutes of standing around. Terrible service and a terrible experience.

My friend and I were here on Sunday evening around 6 pm and it wasn't crowded. There were many seats available but we waited about 10 minutes which was fine. Once we were seated the waitress came over about 10 minutes later to say she would be right back. About another 10 minutes later she took our drink order and eventually came back with our drinks. I said we're ready to order and she said she'd be back. She then came back ready to take our order and said upfront they didn't have any baked potatoes available and it would be an hour. My friend ordered the New Orleans pasta dish and I ordered a steak with broccoli cheese casserole and salad. The salad came quickly and was excellent and the rest of the food came relatively quick. The food was great! After we were done and waiting another 10 minutes our waitress never came back. I figured out how to pay for my food from the device on the table but it showed 2 different checks at the same table...one was my friend and mine combined and the other was a completely different order. They were not busy and I felt like they could have been more attentive. They didn't appear to be short staffed as the staff were not running around. I would go back for the food but was very disappointed with the service.

This was my second visit to this same Cheddars location in Land O'Lakes. The waiter was nice, but the food was terrible. I ordered rib chicken tenders combo. Ribs were cold, tenders were over cooked. I requested something else & it was the same terrible. Food seemed processed, no flavor, overcooked again, baked potatoe was microwaved & extremely hard. I was really disappointed & this was my second time there hoping my dining experience would be better. Manager did not come to our table to inquire or address us. I will NOT be dining there again !!

Took the family for lunch at Cheddars. It was our first time going and it did not disappoint. No waiting for lunch, so that was a plus. Nice restaurant decor, modernly old, but in a good way. The booths had higher walls so it seemed more intimate and not so on top of people. Our service was phenomenal. Shellece was an amazing server. She seemed like a genuinely nice person, who cared that we were there. She was there when we needed her and knew just when to pass. Shellece was the type of employee everyone wants to represent their company. The food was quite delicious. They bring you 4 cressent rolls with a special drizzle. Oh my my, those are worth the trip by themselves. Light and airy, almost donut-like. If you try the drizzle, expecting it to be a icing taste, you would be sadly mistaken. Its a cinnamon butter delight. One kiddo got a kids chicken tenders & a salad, the other kiddo got the kids penne pasta Alfredo with broccoli cheese casserole. Parents split the Cheddars Trio Sampler. The chicken tenders were delicious. Very juice with a crunchy flakey breading. The spinach dip was yummy. Even the kiddos dove into that. And the queso dip w/meat added, was one of the better quesos we've had in a while. The kidos both enjoyed their meals. Except for the broccoli cheese casserole, that was rice cheese and broccoli. I don't think it was what she expected, as she said she did not like it, but she eats those items regularly. Overall, our first trip was a good one. We will be back to try more food and see its its as delicious as the sample. Lol. Give them a shot! Hopefully you get Shellece as a server!

Terrible experience my food was supposed to be ready at 7:20 wasn't it was almost 8 o clock I get my food headed home which is 9 miles from my home, 2 blocks from my home I get a call from chadders I have someone else order didn't intend to go back but the wife anyway I get there they had me waiting another 30 minutes now I'm very angry the manager comes out with my food no apology or anything I will definitely share my experience with friends and family I will not be going back period and to add the cherry on top I get a half of Caesar salad with hair in it please see photos

My first time here, we came in and some servers didn’t seem too thrilled when seating. Waited 30 minutes for our food while listening to a lot of the workers laughing loudly in the back. We just left so if you like this place then go to a different one and don’t waste your time here. Servers are what set the atmosphere when coming in. Not a great experience and all I got to try were the croissants.
