They were out of ribs at 430. Our adult beverages weren't very good BUT the service was great and most of what we did order was good. We didn't care for the queso.
Great place. Monte Cristo reminded me of Bennigans. It was delicious. Had an issue with the Tbone, but it was corrected quickly and without any hassle.
I have not been to Cheddar's in years, and the one in Brandon closed a while back. I used to take my family there. Our favorite item was the spinach dip with basically unlimited chips. Saw a new Cheddars in Wesley Chapel by the outlet mall. The next day, I was there with my grandkids. They still had the spinach dip and unlimited chips. The service was great. My 2nd trip was with my grandkids, a party of seven at 6:30 pm. They wouldn't seat us until a minimum of 4 people were there. As a former Mgr of Darden, casino buffets, and owning restaurants, I know why this is done, but on a weeknight with only 40% capacity? I don't think the hostess did. This time, the service was gracious but slow. Eating out is very expensive for this retiree, but Cheddars offered great value.
If you happen to be in Lutz, Florida around the Tampa Outlets Mall check out Cheddar's Scratch Chicken. Great food, wonderful atmosphere and excellent customer service (especially from Paul). ????

Let me just say Paul, and Jason are phenominal servers they certainly need to be recognized if I could give a million stars I certainly would the food everything is always superb!! The Lutz Florida Store is our favorite ❤️
We had a lunch. Shrimp Alfredo was great. However, my day (and night) was ruined by BUFFALO CHICKEN WRAPPER. Tenders in one wrap did not taste fresh, also the french fries happend to be gray and not crispy. The dish was not finished. Unfortunately, it leaves a long lasting lingering "garbage fat" after taste and "heavy" stomach.
Salad was delicious & cheesy potatoes were good. Would love to try meatloaf now on the menu. We were there on a Fri during lent, so no meat. ?My husband likwd his shrimp.
