Drive thru order missing: 8pcs nuggets I did get BBQ sauce. Macaroni cheese 8mts waiting but it really was 13mts. Sandwiches were warm once I arrived home. Not happy waiting to get to pickup window then having to wait to for Mac and nuggets missing 😔

Every time I ask for both eggs and egg whites and they will only get me egg whites in the sandwich. I understand there is lot of foot traffic but don’t have and charge if you don’t full fill for it.

Took over 15 minutes to pick up order. Was told waiting for The parfait and the strawberries. When the worker brought up the parfait she brought up 20 others. Never should you make your guest wait as you make bulk items. One should be rushed then make the rest. Not good guest relations.

I've never ever in my life any issue with chick fil a, actually this is one of my favorites locations near me. But today when I decided to go before the storm to eat my regular wrap, I found not one, two piece of blonde hair in it. I stopped eating because I felt disgusted. I work in a fast food restaurant and the policy with the hairnets and hairstyles is really strict, maybe you guys should apply it too.

I normally get the number 8, the club grilled chicken. I went into a very restaurant. And I ordered the number 8. I got my drink and sat down. My order comes, and it's 8 piece nuggets. We'll that's not what I ordered. I go back up and yell the cashier. They fix it, no problem. But because it was so busy, it took a few minutes, and my cheese wasn't melted when it normally is, and there was 1 piece of bacon on the sandwich. When there's normally more. I ate it and went back to work as I was on lunch and didn't have a lot of time.

The food is always delicious and the staff is so kind and helpful. They are awesome
Walked in with 5 cards. 2 gift cards and 3 cards I am sure my son received from school for a free sandwich. The manager helped the cashier. She said the gift cards had zero balance which I find it hard to believe cause I never have used them and she said one was from 2014 and the 3 free sandwiches all recently expired, one in April, one in July and she didn’t tell me the third. I asked if she would at least honor of the three that recently expired and she said no. So, my child and I left, with nothing. I thought chuck fil a had great customer service.
