We were coming back from an event and stopped at Chick-fil-A for a quick salad. We went through the drive-thru and ordered the Grilled Spicy Chicken Salad with Avocado Ranch.
We got our salad at the next window and enjoyed a delicious salad for dinner. It was well-made with fresh ingredients and it satisfied our hunger. Besides the salad, we've also tried their Chicken Sandwiches in the past, and they're pretty famous for those.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I placed an online pickup order with a quoted ready time of 20 minutes. I arrived 28 minutes later, only to find the drive-thru completely backed up and not moving. To save time, I went inside to pick up my already-paid order.
After speaking with an employee (male, black glasses), I was told he would “check on it.” I then sat inside for another 18 minutes with no food, no updates, and no accountability. That brings the total wait time to 46 minutes for two basic meal items.
When I attempted to ask about the order again, the same employee was rude, dismissive, and acted as if I had no reason to be upset after nearly an hour of waiting. Rather than deal with further disrespect or cause a scene, I left without the food I had already paid for.
I work in customer service and understand delays happen — what is unacceptable is the complete lack of communication, urgency, and basic professionalism. This location failed on every level: service, efficiency, and respect for the customer’s time.
This experience was embarrassingly far from what Chick-fil-A claims to stand for. I will not return, and I would strongly caution others against relying on this location for timely or respectful service.

I absolutely love Chick-fil-A, and this breakfast reminded me why. The food was great, and the service was amazing — everyone was incredibly friendly and kind. I also loved the Christmas atmosphere; it made the experience even better. I do want to sincerely apologize for what I did to that toliet. I am very sorry for clogging the toliet and leaving som of poop on the walls. The staff cleaned it up and handled the situation very professionally.
