It was 830 am kind of blown away only 2 cars here but service was quick, efficient, smooth, and we were in and out in 6 mins. We had two sandwiches for breakfast and 2 drinks. While the chocolate milkshake was superb, the frozen coffee smoothie was just not good. Dont recommend for 470 calories it is ice cream mixed with frozen coffee so you get creamy with gritty coffee icee not my thing flavor was dull and it leaves a sour taste in your mouth. Chicken and biscuit and bacon egg and cheese biscuit just okay both biscuits bottoms were hard as a rock we ate the insides and threw away the breads. Seems they sat too long on a warmer bin. Total was 23.73 for 4 things, quality and value did not coincide. Unfortunately because normally the Chik is very good, fresh, not old and hard and the coffee drink was my fault,.I ordered it after asking what was in it. We were here exact same time week before but only car and food was all fresh and not stale or hard at all So maybe team off this particular Tuesday Jan 6th.

They need to update their holiday hours on Google ahead of time. We were there at 10am on New Year’s Day 2026 when google said the drive through was open, but NOPE - Neither the restaurant nor the drive through were open. On another note, this location doesn’t even properly fill up the waffle fries based on their respective sizes. The prices keep going up, and the portions are shrinking…shrinkflation at its finest 🙄 Chick Fil A - let’s get it together, I never thought we would be giving you a 1-Star review!!!

As a long-time Chick-fil-A loyal customer, I can honestly say this location has fallen further than almost any other in the chain — I even sometimes question whether it’s truly a Chick-fil-A. It does not reflect the brand’s usual standards at all.
First, the portions are pathetic. The chicken nuggets are tiny, dry, and shockingly few — one box barely takes a single bite to finish. Absolutely unacceptable.
Second, their Monday promotion — buy an entrée, get a free kids meal — is executed in the stingiest way possible. Initially it was 4–6 pm, which is inconvenient for dinner, and the counter is painfully slow, often with only one person taking orders. Later they extended it to 7 pm, but when we asked for milk with the free kids meal, staff told us milk wasn’t allowed. This is infuriating — if you’re going to run a promotion, do it generously and clearly. Doing it in a half-hearted, stingy way is worse than not running it at all.
Third, service is consistently slow and inaccurate. Every order I’ve placed here has had mistakes or missing items — for example, kids meals arriving without the included apple, my salad missing dressing and nuts, and one time they even missed an entire burger. The counter is almost always understaffed. This is basic professionalism, and this location fails miserably.

First time at this location. Noted training of new staff. Food was delicious as expected. Some staff were customer focused, while others were more distracted. Near a school, unfortunately I was stuck at Carline dismissal. Need better signage in parking lot.

This is the 3rd time I have come to this location for breakfast and they still have yet to open at their scheduled opening time. I am on a tight schedule and it is disappointing that I can’t get one of my favorite places for breakfast because the location is not open on time.

In the past month I've received a 2 piece instead of 4 piece chicken tender, asked for a spicy chicken biscuit meal and got a chicken burrito and this morning 12/1 got a fruit and yogurt parfait with literally only 3 blueberries in it (pix posted on my page). Get it together because this is very not my pleasure service.
