Waited in line for almost 30 minutes. One line did not move and even after switching to the other, still took forever. Manager was rude and refused to give any reasoning for why it took so long. Did not offer a discount or anything. 0/10 always takes forever here.
Last night I ordered a sweet tea a lemonade and a small milkshake we get our drinks they forget the milkshake no problem. On the way home realized they gave us 2 cokes. When I reach in the bag the whole box breaks and my sandwich falls in the bag. It was not pleasure eating here last night.
Probably the worst food quality I’ve ever experienced at Chick-fil-A. Every sandwich and nuggets were overly salty, crunchy, and burnt. The sandwich bread was stale as well. Our order didn’t include any napkins at all.
On top of that, when you try to call the store to let them know of the issues it routes the call to a call center.

Land O’Lakes on 54 location: usually orders are perfect. Today our order was delivered to table missing one sandwich, missing water, missing sauce, ordered salad without chicken - chicken on the salad. Giving a break if employees are new. But I hope management reads this.
We frequent this store multiple times a week. In the past 2 months not one order has been fully correct. Not sure what changed, but not great.
So I was super excited about the new pretzel club sandwich as I fell in love with the barbecue sandwich they had out for a limited time. I went today and ordered the Pretzel Cheddar Club sandwich and needless to say I was quite disappointed. Let me start with it had to be the smallest breast they had which didn't even coven the pretzel bun. In addition the sandwich is hot and they put an ice cold piece of cheddar cheese on the sandwich and when they delivered it to my table there was a packet of regular yellow mustard. I then went to the counter and asked for honey mustard. I returned to my table and looked up the sandwich to find it was supposed to be a creamy Dijon mustard. I got back up again and then asked for the correct mustard. After all the back and forth to the counter the whole sandwich is cold now. I also decided to try the Berry Sprite, nothing special with the soda. It had a cherry taste but no blueberry or cranberry taste, more like a super sweet sprite with a splash of cherry syrup. I hit the combo and total price was $13.19. Needless to say I was disappointeded. One would think that the workers would know what mustard goes with the sandwich and that the chicken breast they put on the bun was far smaller than the bun. I know I will not be ordering this again. I looked for a manager to share my experience but there wasn't one present that I could see.

The staff were very kind and attentive! The restaurant was extremely clean, and well kept. They had sanitary wipes and table covers in each high chair!

This chick fila is killing it. My food is always the correct temperature. I dont have to wait long at all. That is not the case at other chick fil a in tampa. I drive 30 minutes to this one.

After working out at the nearby gym, we were starving. We rarely go to fast food places, but Chick-fil-A was calling our name. The food was so good. The take out line moved smoothly. We parked nearby and enjoyed our post workout breakfast. No pictures, too hungry! 🤤

Every time I come to THIS Chick-fil-A, it is sooo incredibly slow. I worked at CFA in the past and know what is expected from a team. The panic that goes on when you get in the RED. Why is there no panic at this store? The worst part, once you are in line you are stuck just sitting and waiting. I mobile order 90% of the time and STILL wait forever. Unfortunately, I’ll have to take my business to other locations because this is happening every time. Never fails.
