While the food is great, almost half the time they give you the wrong drink and when you contact customer support they go sorry and do nothing.
Quick in and out. Food was good
I have never been at a Chick-fil-A that was this slow! They are usually very streamline at all other locations. I don’t know what’s going on at this one, but make sure you have time if you’re going to sit in the drive-through line. Even inside is even slower.
Went to new one. Everyone very nice. Food hot and fresh. Order filled perfectly. Were giving out little stuffed cows and gift cards.
Chick Fil A has always been good no matter which one you go to I recommend them all for their amazing food and customer service. Beats any other fast food place honestly.
Pseudo rant/vent because this is stupid ridiculous..... Is it a new industry practice to short-change large orders made thru curb-side/drive thru? With all the food piled into one bag, are you betting people don't check the order until they get home, which by then is too late to go back for one item and then, if compensated on the next visit, you forget to go back anyway? Before was a missing sandwich, today for breakfast, large hashbrowns was left out - how do you miss that? How hard is it to quality check the number of items in the stuffed bag matches the receipt on the bag itself???... so when you see an orphaned large hashbrown sitting unclaimed in the warmer - yeah that's mine, enjoy the free item that I paid for and did not get.
All restaurants carry a. Standard so no surprises and well prepared dishes
Ordered up the new spicy BBQ bacon sandwich, have to say they don't disappoint with the chicken. Down side, they forgot the BBQ sauce and the bacon. Will have to make sure we check out order before we arrive home next tine.
I feel like Chic-fil-a as a whole has gone down. This location is on par with the trend. Not great but not horrible. I’m giving it 5 stars because the I’ve never had a problem with food quality. Order accuracy, timeliness, and customer service not so much. Mostly take to-go orders. Without unwrapping all the food I do a general check. Only to get home and see something is off - bacon instead of sausage or fried chicken vs. grilled. But I’m not going to pack up, drive back, and have them redo the order. So while I’m giving them a 5, it’s really a four.
Today I went in to get some food and a shake the food was very delicious but my shake had a piece of hair in it. How I know it’s not mine is because my hair is black and this hair is ginger.

This place literally gave me food poisoning and I was very rudely spoken to by a person who call themselves a manger I'm sorry but I won't stop eating at Chick fil a but I will never eat from this restaurant again concerning the fact that I did for the first time ever and I did nothing but vomit for 2 days, it's good food but it will turn you and your stomach upside down
The food is good and fresh. But as an Atlanta native the service is super slow both inside and driv-thru, and staff just don't make it feel like home. Hope this improves
Updating my previous review to reflect the owner making the decision to bring back coloring for the kids. I’m glad they made an effort to hear concerns and make it more family friendly again. The kids are happy they get to come back and color when we visit inside. Staff is always friendly here and food quality is great.
Don't waste your money!
Breakfast. We know Chil Fil A normally moves pretty quick. Not today, waiting almost 10 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. Asked to pull forward and wait. The exact reason I didn't stop anywhere else that morning, I simply didn't want to be held hostage in a drive thru but the audacity of foregoing Starbucks led me here due to consistent speed. Nope, I F'd up, wasn't my destiny, and was inevitable. I'm sure I'll be back but wasn't happy. First World Problems
