It was tasty..but the scoop of chicken is very scant, both scoops. Scoops of chicken had at all other places e.g La madeleine etc dense/ packed scoops at least. We were there 12/4/2025

Ordered ahead on the app, payed for a trio. Didn't get my second side. I was in a hurry, so my fault for not checking. But also, it was nearly 20 minutes until I arrived to pickup the order. Plus, this is not the first time they skimped me on a second side when I order one on the app. I frequent three different locations and this is the only one that's done me wrong, twice now. EDIT: I lowered from 2 stars to 1, reason being is bc the side I was missing was mac & cheese and I typed the initial review before eating the rest of my food, so as I began to eat a mac noodle fell out of my sandwich. Like come on... That's ridiculous

Stopped by around 7:30 PM to pick up a mobile order on 7/21. The place was still open for another hour, but they were already closing things down, putting up chairs and cleaning, which is understandable. What wasn’t great was the overall vibe. No greeting when I walked in, no direction, and it was my first time there, so I wasn’t sure where to go.
I went to the counter where my order was clearly sitting, and there was an employee just standing nearby on her phone. I stood there for at least two minutes, cleared my throat, jingled my keys a bit, just trying to get someone’s attention. She never once looked up. One of the guys who had been cleaning came over from the front and handed me the bag, and that’s when she finally walked up.
Definitely not the warmest first impression.
As for the food, it wasn’t horrible, but it also wasn’t great. Definitely nothing I’d go out of my way for. Feels more like a place you stop by when you want something quick and already made, not something you’re excited to eat.

I've only been in store a few times. But each time, it was quick with little to no wait. As for the food, I always get the half sandwich and soup deal. My choice has always been Olivia's Old Sourh with the Loaded Potato Soup. This order hits the spot every time. Highly recommend this place forever!

Fast, friendly service at lunch, Sassy Scotty with croissant was utterly delish. Broccoli salad was light on dressing, yet nicrly moist and yummy. Quick Chick option at the front. Recommend 👍
Food is great and always fresh… but jeez do they take their time. Don’t stop through the drive through unless you have minimum 10 minutes to spare. Don’t care if you’re the only one there, still takes them 10 min to slap premade chicken salad between two slices of bread. Incredibly frustrating, can only grab on the weekends anymore bc they make me late to work too often.
