This was our first visit to Chicken Salad Chick. The cashier explained each of the options. The food was great with large portions. I can't wait to go back!

We have had lunch at this fine establishment several times. It’s super clean, the lunch which includes a well packed flavorful sandwich along with a side, pickel and a sugar cookie to top it off. Personally I had the egg and chicken salad along with loaded potato soup, while my spouse had a fruited chicken salad and a broccoli salad. Both were excellent. The bathrooms in the restaurant are the cleanest I have ever been in at a restaurant. The personnel were helpful and courteous. The price for lunch was quite reasonable and we ended up having two meals a piece. Every time we go to Costco we make this a regular stop. If you like a good quality lunch for a reasonable price this restaurant will be for you. Excellent job everyone!

Love Chicken Salad Chick! I haven't had a salad that I haven't liked. Sassy Scotty is a favorite. Broccoli salad is a favorite side. And love the cookie!

The last several times we have either dined in or ordered through the drive thru, the portion of chicken salad has been really small. There is more bread than actual chicken salad. Not sure if their size of their serving scoop is smaller but for the money, you would think there would be more than bread.

Went through the drive thru yesterday at 3pm near Tampa outlets , no cars in line. I waited several minutes to even order or to be acknowledged and several mins for the lady to acknowledge me at the window. There was no one there! I ordered 2 small containers that’s it. The Sassy Scotty tasted different, very plain not like it normally does. The Fancy Nancy has barely any grapes or apples in it. Not sure I’ll be going back. The lady was not in a hurry to help me! They never have specials or coupons either.

Went to the location on Wesley Chapel Boulevard in 56. The friendliness of the stash was excellent. The food was excellent. I was a first time guest and they were a patient with me with the menu. So refreshing to get this kind of service.

I just left this place. After them serving me 7 different times I order a sandwich asked them to replace the lettuce with spinach because lettuce does not digest I always pay the extra fee for it. Today I got told I can' no longer get it on my sandwich because of their district manager telling them not to sell it to me anymore. I guess I will never visit this location again.

I frequent this location once a week. Every week, I order the same thing - more specifically grape salad WITHOUT pecans as indicated on my pictured receipt. Imagine my surprise to find a large heap of pecans on my grape salad ?.I wish that was the worst of it all but it gets better - or worse if you lack sarcasm. There was a white male who was taking out the trash as I was pulling up curbside. He stands there visibly annoyed so I rolled down my window and he said “Name?”. No greeting, no professionalism, just Name. I provided him with my name and he said one moment. He brings back my order and I mention that I needed three plates and additional silverware as I indicated in the special instructions. He also hands me brown sugar and pecans in a container and I mention to him we have a nut allergy so no nuts please. He tells me next time to indicate that so they’ll know. Well since I’ve been coming here weekly for months, no one ever specified that and if I indicate no pecans, I expect that to be adhered to. It’s not a preference, it is a severe allergy for one of my kids. One would think that he would have verified the complete order as well as it seems he had prepared it being the solo person that could be seen on the establishment. He comes back out with the brown sugar only and says, “Our system didn’t show us the no pecans note, so I’ll have to get them to look into that”. I showed him my receipt where that was indicated as well as the note for plates and silverware and mentioned that while I appreciate that, it’s also indicated on the receipt where he just looked at me and said “Yeah, I’m sorry”.This is the second time this has happened at this establishment but the first time I am speaking about it publicly as I know mistakes happen. But a mistake of this nature could cause a lawsuit and something that if I were the owner would want a closer eye applied to all meals moving forward. While I could have called I won’t be patronizing this location anymore so it wasn’t worth it. With times and finances getting tighter for most, I’ll go where more attention to detail is provided consistently.
