Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ran out of rice completely at 3:20 on a Sunday afternoon and was 20 min until they had more....if I was a business owner someone would be getting fired

Chipotle is always 50/50. Last time, the food was amazing, but today it was the complete opposite—bland and lacking any seasoning, even though it was fresh. Consistency is definitely an issue. On top of that, every time I go, there are teenagers outside aggressively pushing candy on customers. Even after politely declining, they keep pressuring, which makes you not even want to go in.

The girl on the line was polite and doing well for someone who is pelted by rude ppl all day. She got my husband's and my food quickly. The girl behind the register was also polite and handled my transaction quickly. Thank you to the crew there as they look short handed and probably need some recognition for work well done!!

I ordered online, the order was accurate and on time. Loved the fact that they have pickup parking. Everything was fresh and perfect.

The first time I went they didn’t put the lid on my sour cream side. Then I went a second time and they put half a scoop of rice and then I had a bug in my food

Ordered delivery from here and everything came as we ordered it and tasted great. Kudos because other chipotles always get online orders mixed up.

Every time I come here, all of the staff are extremely rude. No one greets you, they act like you are inconveniencing them and they give an attitude when you ask for something on the side or extra. I was made so uncomfortable yesterday, I almost just walked out without having them finish my order. They also only put a half spoon of everything. I will not be back even though I live in the plaza.

The food is always good. However, it’s hard to come to this location. Staff if rude. There was a lady on the line that continuously makes the customers feel like an inconvenience. This place would stay busy if staff was friendlier.

I eat at this chipotle frequently and to be honest the workers have always been quite rude, and the foods honestly pretty mid. I always find myself going because i love chipotle however and its usually the most convenient for me. Wednesday feb19 i got some for lunch as i was working. Around 4pm my stomach started hurting but i suspected nothing of it. 9pm rolls around and i have been battling this pain all night, then it hit the projectile. It was coming out of both ends until 12am when i finally decided to go to an ER. I arrived around 12:50 and was there until 5:30am. We had all assumed it was just bad food poisoning. Fast forward to Friday my mom has the same symptoms. Nausea, projectile from both ends, dizziness, and pain. Thats when we stopped to realize. Food poisoning is NOT contagious. We now suspect it was the Noravirus. I hate to say its my beloved chipotle, but i hadn’t done anything outside my normal and i had only eaten that chicken burrito bowl and kids quesadilla. The Noravirus can be spread through chicken!!! Watch out yall!! Its been going around this year.

It’s a Saturday night, it was not very busy… Took forever waiting in line, employees behind the line did not even acknowledge us… Food was all empty and staff in the kitchen. We’re eating and chatting instead of filling the food up… Food Lion was a mess, nobody, smiling. It seemed as though nobody wanted to be there… No forks to eat everything was filled with spoons, and the garbage was piled up so high by the door, it was just disgusting… Worst experience in a chipotle!

If 0 stars were an option, I would give it just that. The customer service here is disgraceful & disgusting. Every single time I come into this Chipotle it seems like I am a bother and some of the workers have attitudes as if they do not want to work. There’s no greeting, nothing. There’s this one server who just carelessly shoves and throws your food. That is NOT the way to treat customers. Hire people-person’s who want to do the job and have BASIC customer service skills. It’s not hard to be respectful!
