Chipotle Mexican Grill

This was the worst experience I’ve had at a chipotle. I’m not someone who posts complaints but damn. I don’t know if they where just having a bad night. I ordered my usual and the server entirely rushed through the entire process, scooping in things I was not even asking for and then proceeded to seal it off I was so dissatisfied. I went back to have it remade correctly and the remake was the exact same way. Extremely disappointed in this experience.

Had a great experience at this location all because of Gabby. I wanted a vinagrette and they were out and she made some more for me ! Most people would've just said they're out, appreciate her hard work ! Great customer service here.

put her hand in a bowl of peppers and just start eating it absolutely disgusting the manager could care less!!!!

ATROCIOUS customer service. If you are hungry please just go elsewhere. I went to this location last night. I'm standing there for at least 6-8 minutes. Staff is walking all around avoiding eye contact. After no one acknowledged me I walk to the end of the counter where you pay for your order. I said I'd like to place an order I was told I had to go back to the other end of the counter to do that. I explained as she obviously observed that I had been standing there not being acknowledged despite multiple staff persons walking around. Even after this exchange no one asked if they could take my order. I walked out. I am so happy that I did. It was then that I took notice of how disgusting the restaurant was. There was trash all over the floor and it was overflowing from the receptacle. I turned and stopped there was food on the floor on the tables and I shook my head. I'd never been so happy to be ignored in my life.

Management and staff in desperate need of training. The Dept of Health may need to pay a visit as well.

You can never go wrong at Chipotle’s! I do recommend joint the loyalty program because you get freebies pretty easy. This time I got a 1/2 birthday freebie of a free soda!
The Chipotles is always super busy but they are quick and efficient so never a long wait.

EVERY time that I order from this location (through UberEats) I get a Veggie Bowl and of course get fajita veggies. They have not put the veggies A SINGLE TIME I HAVE ORDERED.

I keep convincing myself to try again, but it’s like if they don’t have them ready at that time or something, they’ll just make your order wrong and send it anyways.

It’s literally a VEGGIE BOWL. So instead I’ve just received another mound of white rice with some mediocre toppings.

10 minute wait for white rice!!!

First meal after a long day. Finally got home to enjoy my meal & was unpleasantly surprised with how burnt tasting everything was, especially the chicken & fajita. I couldn’t even finish my meal, very disgusted & disappointed.
🤢🤢🤢 0/10 def wouldn’t recommend.

Super disappointed! Came here for a Wiregrass Spirit Night. When I picked up my order, she said they would not donate to Wiregrass High School because I preordered. She was rude, when I asked for an explanation she said I was disgruntled because she told me they wouldn’t get my money because I preordered. She was also eating with her bare hands at the prep counter when I arrived at the window. Feels like a scam driving traffic to your store and not donating to the school.

I’ll never forget the day like a year ago they sold me a soda cup and I turn around to see the soda machines are out of order 😂 then they told me to go next door to blaze and the manager looked at me like I was on something when I told them they sent me there for soda lmao I have so many stories it’s genuinely hilarious. Watching ppl crash out while sitting there eating was hilarious though.

Or the one time I was getting my food to go and they refused to give me a to go lid even though they had to go lids right next to us in the mobile order/to go section. The cashier looked me straight the eyes and said nah sorry those are for the to go orders only 😂 literally rage bait.

I don’t like leaving one star reviews anywhere but…mold all over my girls food tonight just kinda that last straw for us.

This chipotle should be shut down. I mean the service is so horrible every time it’s actually entertaining… I go with the lowest expectations but this is one of those draw the line moments. Thank god I noticed it before eating this. Which is something I can’t say about the person who made the food. I mean every single tortilla has big green mold splotches.

The worst part is we tried calling several times to let the store know they’re actively selling mold to customers but the system is set up so you can’t speak to anyone in the store. So yeah hopefully ppl look at their food before they eat it.

Guy that is serving it’s totally rude and unprofessional, almost no food on burrito and gets mad, make faces, if you stop to think a second what you want to order next.

One of the best Chipotle in area.

That chicken was awful, it sent my son to the hospital throwing up all night. We ordered around 9 pm, and by 2 am he was rushed to the hospital with stomach cramps and non-stop vomiting. It's always the chicken at Chipotle.
