Chipotle Mexican Grill

The young lady that checked me out at the counter was acting very sour and was assisting me with a very bad attitude that was very unpleasant and I hope you guys look at this review to make sure chipotle is a happy and enjoyable experience for everyone.

employees are extremely unprofessional and rude.
The manager had to de escalate TWO situations with the cashier and two separate customers in the span of 5 minutes. I proceeded with caution as the two customers in front of me had been treated horribly by the employee and I was met with the same nasty attitude. If you don’t like working customer service maybe don’t work customer service? management needs to stop enabling this kind of behavior from employees

Would rate a zero if I could. Working in the area love healthier food option. So I like to grab a high protein salad from chipotle quite often. This is the absolute worse location. From the nasty food station, to running out of food and having to wait for it to be made, employees all seem unhappy, poor customer service and harsh communication. The cashier today(black girl with blue jeans and a hat) got upset I asked to change my drink snatched it out the refrigerator then made a comment. I asked her what was her problem and she made some comment. I said those are fighting words she then goes “oh we can fight it’s whatever” customer behind me looked and shook his head. This is not a racial complaint at all I am also black. This is a note to the owner of what is going on in your store. Time to restaff, rehire and train your new employees on how to treat paying customers. I would never buy food here again. STAY AWAY if I were you. The place isn’t clean, floors are disgusting, foos table always filthy.

Uncooked rice, every time I go to this place the rice is literally raw, come on now, I had to throw away a whole $12 bowl, its practically inedible.

the Chipotle where you pay the most and they serve you the least food. Really bad

Took my teenage daughter to this place for the first time. The first to employees were super nice . The cashier , African American girl was so rude for no reason. I asked her a question. She didn’t answer. I said excuse me and asked her the question again. She says, “ I heard you”. I said so you didn’t you respond. She said nothing I turned to the kind employee who helped me before and he assisted. She completed my transaction . I asked to speak with the manager & she apologized and apologized to my daughter for having this experience when it’s her first time at this place. As we left and in the parking lot, a customer said to me, I’m glad you said something because that cashier was rude to me as well “.

My daughter doesn’t want to go back, she said we didn’t do anything to her why was she so rude. No more for us.

i came in today and this taller white guy with brown hair and glasses gave me the worst attitude and mannerisms i have ever came across in my life please let me know when he gets fired because i will throw a party. so unwelcoming and rude honestly unacceptable and im not even one to write mean reviews but he was so freaking rude that i just have to. we even confronted him saying he needs to watch the way he speaks and he flicked his hand and said have a good day

i went into the store to order a burrito togo and as i took a bit something really hard was in my burrito and punctured my gums. i took it out to see what it was and it almost looks like part of a finger nail? or maybe plastic? i’m not sure but really ruined my lunch and hunger for me.

Insect in my food

Worst Chipotle ever. The service is horrible only to be surpassed by the worst quality Chipotle I ever had. Trash was overflowing and pouring out, multiple items unavailable. (Guac, steak, and more.) The rice was soupy, the ingredients were disproportionate, little rice, too many beans, almost no fajita greens, and a huge chunk of fat in the barbacoa that made up most of the meat and a crap ton of sour cream adding to the soupiness of what was supposed to be a burrito bowl. Chips were stale, we ended up leaving our food and going to Five Guys. Staff open-mouthed sneezing, talking loudly amongst themselves and not being attentive to customers. Several customers walked out apart from us. Would’ve asked for a refund but didn’t feel like dealing with the confrontation. Will not be coming back to this Chipotle.

Very mid even for a Chipotle in 2025. Also they need to learn how to roll a Burrito here. Last couple visits losest Burritos ever.
