Super disappointed! Came here for a Wiregrass Spirit Night. When I picked up my order, she said they would not donate to Wiregrass High School because I preordered. She was rude, when I asked for an explanation she said I was disgruntled because she told me they wouldn’t get my money because I preordered. She was also eating with her bare hands at the prep counter when I arrived at the window. Feels like a scam driving traffic to your store and not donating to the school.

I’ll never forget the day like a year ago they sold me a soda cup and I turn around to see the soda machines are out of order 😂 then they told me to go next door to blaze and the manager looked at me like I was on something when I told them they sent me there for soda lmao I have so many stories it’s genuinely hilarious. Watching ppl crash out while sitting there eating was hilarious though.

Or the one time I was getting my food to go and they refused to give me a to go lid even though they had to go lids right next to us in the mobile order/to go section. The cashier looked me straight the eyes and said nah sorry those are for the to go orders only 😂 literally rage bait.

I don’t like leaving one star reviews anywhere but…mold all over my girls food tonight just kinda that last straw for us.

This chipotle should be shut down. I mean the service is so horrible every time it’s actually entertaining… I go with the lowest expectations but this is one of those draw the line moments. Thank god I noticed it before eating this. Which is something I can’t say about the person who made the food. I mean every single tortilla has big green mold splotches.

The worst part is we tried calling several times to let the store know they’re actively selling mold to customers but the system is set up so you can’t speak to anyone in the store. So yeah hopefully ppl look at their food before they eat it.

Guy that is serving it’s totally rude and unprofessional, almost no food on burrito and gets mad, make faces, if you stop to think a second what you want to order next.

One of the best Chipotle in area.

That chicken was awful, it sent my son to the hospital throwing up all night. We ordered around 9 pm, and by 2 am he was rushed to the hospital with stomach cramps and non-stop vomiting. It's always the chicken at Chipotle.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. When I picked up my order, the black woman employee who handed me my food was rude, dismissive, and rolled her eyes, saying there was no vinaigrette in a disrespectful tone. Later, while I was quietly eating, she accused me of “staring” and continued mouthing things and cursing under her breath. I also witnessed her being rude to multiple other customers including telling a man to stop eating because he was “fat,” even though he was with a child. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in any workplace, especially in front of customers.
When my cousin asked the manager for the employee’s name, the manager laughed and said he’d “take care of it,” but didn’t seem to take the situation seriously as he was laughing through her behavior. Based on other reviews mentioning similar behavior, this appears to be an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed by upper management. I hope corporate looks into this location’s customer service and staff conduct, because this experience was unprofessional and made multiple customers uncomfortable.

Worker was extremely disrespectful. I felt unwanted. She was mouthing words at us, cursing at customers, and just providing a horrible atmosphere. She even told somebody to lose some weight. She might have her own problems but she doesn’t have to take it out on us. Should be fired as she was threatening minors. I’m not even trynna be a Karen but don’t work in food if you can’t be nice.

Cashier was extremely rude, when I asked to do two separate transactions she replied with “Jesus.” The manager was right next to her and didn’t say anything about it. Overall bad customer service from that girl.

As of the last few weeks, there is this cashier (black woman with THICK lashes) always having an attitude! Like why is she still employed there when she clearly doesn’t want to be. Don’t talk to your customers rudely.

The red chimichuri was amazing and the chicken was also amazing. But, the burrito was very loosely wrapped and fell apart in second.
