Culvers is the best fast food chain! Where else can you get a good burger with mashed potatoes or broccoli as sides. The fries were perfect and super hot. The onion rings were also quite nice. I didn't try the custards but they are famous for that. Definitely worth a try if you're not familiar with them!

I had just been released from hospital and stopped by drive thru to pick up a burger on my way home. They asked me to pull forward because it would take a few minutes for them to prepare my meal. I pulled to end of building but an employee came out insisting I pull to the end of the sidewalk which was directly in the hot sun. I advised I could not sit in the sun because I had just gotten released from hospital ( still had wrist bracelet on). Their reply...in order to be served, you must pull forward. There were cars behind me that could have gone around me but she insisted I move my car. So I pulled around front and walked in and got my food. They were so confused as to why a drive thru order was at the front counter. Advised them because of their lousy service and I will not be returning to this location.
Food here is amazing, atmosphere is very clean and nice compared to other Culver’s, the service is incredible and very speedy. Definitely recommended.

Bad customer Svc - their system has the option of purchasing just burger patties. However manager, regardless of dietary restrictions refuse to sell just a protein, even though that is an option in their computer. No regard for customers. Couldn’t care less if they are over charging customers. If you won’t sell something to a customer then it shouldn’t be a selection on your computer screen. Not going back. Time to get with the times and realize restaurant prices are already highway robbery, and start appreciating the customers willing to over pay for mediocre food.

Food came out quick and fresh the burgers were a little overcooked. Like they were on the grill just a little bit too long. But otherwise not bad. The root beer though did not taste good. I was very disappointed with the root beer float. Something was very very off with the root beer. So as of now don't try the root beer or root beer floats I say. But the other ice cream was good
