The chicken tenders were always my favorite here, real chicken and a very light coating. The last 2 times the seemed smaller than usual with a thick beading coating. Almost inedible. What happened?

Some awesome hamburgers. Everything was fresh and hot. Grabbed a dessert after and even that was excellent, maybe grab a snler size next time but very well made and yummy. Service was awesome. Our first time and they helped us get through the process, didnt treat us like idiots.

We really enjoy going to Culver's but unfortunately the last few times we've gone even coming I guess straight from the kitchen our burgers were cold I'm not quite sure I like the smashburger concept because the meat doesn't hold the warmth. The girls at the counter were not friendly at all and especially not kid friendly my little one was being very nice trying to talk to one of the girls and she really had nothing to say not even a smile. She didn't seem like she was very happy. When they brought our food to the table there was not even a word mentioned they laid the food on our table grabbed our number and walked away. Customer service is definitely lacking. This is specific for Culver's on 41 next to Walmart in Lutz. The Culver's by the outlet mall we always get great service with plenty of smiles and kindness.

I hate to say this, but this was by far the WORST Culver's we've ever been to. I did Not Think it was possible to have a bad experience at any Culver's. I wouldn't say this if it was just 1 thing, it was A LOT! however it was New Year's Day at 8pm. So, maybe they were all tired? The fries were cold and soggy (weird already), but then they had so much salt that my kids ( who LOVE salty) were unable to eat more than a few I had to spend 10 minutes wiping them off to make even partially edible. Then I got the Culver's double cheese sandwich I kid you not, my top party was RAW, like you could squeeze red juice/blood out! It was completely uncooked on over half! The guy at register kept giving me the wrong stuff repeatedly & forgetting stuff then when we finally got our cheese sauce, it was like Water! Like super runny, almost like they added water or something to it. You couldn't sunk the pretzel bites in it, it would just slid off. I do feel bad posting this, but something has to change at this location. If ALL this was just from everyone being overtired, then I apologize for the bad review🙏

Ok, this review is not about the food, but about the amazingly honest and caring employees at this location. My sister had lost her purse. These folks went above and beyond to help us search and were extremely empathetic about the situation. Those folks behind the counter tonight deserve a huge shout out! Thank you guys for being kind, and we found it!
