I placed my order on online Friday evening and when I arrived at your restaurant in Lutz. FL there was a sign on your door that said CLOSED. Come to find out, your business is closed down, but you still have the online service open. Owner said he couldn't give me my money back. BEWARE!!!!!

Greeted with a welcome as soon as we came in, pulled pork sandwich is amazing, and the Pit Boss special is a great deal. BBQ sauce some of the best I’ve ever had, and the staff checked up on us while we were eating.

Went for lunch and had a good special ($8 for a sandwich w/ one side) plus had a platter. Everything was good and the gentleman behind the counter was spectacular and needs to be mentioned, very friendly and polite.Overall the meats were the highlight, everything else tasted like it came out of a bag/can. Wasn't bad, you can just tell it's not scratch/homemade.

We had a great experience! Matthew was so welcoming and kind! The food tasted delicious. We came in on a Sunday afternoon and was told kids eat free on Sundays at this location, so that was an added bonus!

By far the worst food I’ve ever eaten. Old, rotted microwaved food to the point it’s inedible. For the price, you can get way better elsewhere. I find solace in the fact this place won’t last long and won’t be serving this disgusting food to other people. Never eat here!!

I went to the location on Hwy-54 twice recently. The first was on my birthday, the 8th, as a treat to myself. Erica helped me and we had a good conversation as I was the only patron at the time. She has a pleasant personality and was quite accommodating with my order. The food was great and so was there sweet tea. (Besides good BBQ, a good tea will be a deciding factor as to where I eat.)Today, the 17th, I returned as I still had some $$ left on my birthday gift card. ? I ordered the same as previous, 1/4lb of both beef (sliced; NOT diced) brisket and jalapeño sausage. The beef was flavorful but was more dry. It would break apart easily and thus didn't have the toothsome feel that I am after - why I ask for sliced and not diced. Nevertheless, the brisket was flavorful. Maybe like aged beef as it loses water content it concentrate the flavor? I just wanted more "chew". The jalapeño sausage was good. That goes with the sweet BBQ sauce.I'll definitely be back at this location, if only for their tea. But rest assured, I'll be having the meats, too.

Just wanted to leave a good review for the sweet girl, Erica who served me at the Lutz location. I was on my way to Orlando and wanted to pick up some dinner so I didn’t have to stop again on the interstate. She greeted me with a warm welcome and gave me good portions of the 2 meat plate I ordered. She was very kind and went above and beyond to wrap my food in double cellophane so that it would stay warm and didn’t leak out. I would definitely go to this location again. The food was good by the way. Job well done Erica.
Went to Dickey’s in Lutz this evening with my family and had the best experience! Our food was amazing and this sweet girl named Erica was even more amazing! She was so friendly and kind and made sure our meal was perfect. It was such a pleasure to meet her! Thanks for everything Erica!!!!

I had ordered through doordash for pick up. Doordash sent us to the wrong address and when we went to the correct location, Dickeys hadnt received our order!! Erica and Daniel were AMAZING! They’re friendly and helpful and made everything for us quickly and all the food was awesome. Super grateful to them for saving our evening! Thanks guys!!!! ❤️

Food is old Barbecue ribs are very dry and burned it tastes like if they are from 2 days old.Not satisfied at all. Lyre away my whole plate unfinished.

We ordered a full rack of ribs, chopped brisket, Cole slaw and baked beans, and pecan pie. The ribs tasted like they had been sitting all day—actually they had no taste! Just terrible. The brisket was ALL fat—almost inedible. The beans were undercooked. How do you mess up pecan pie? There was NO pecan taste at all—more like it came out of a vending machine. This meal wasn’t cheap and it will be our last visit to this place. I wish I had read the reviews first. Oh- and they left the BBQ sauce out of the order!
