Domino's Pizza

Order by phone for pickup. Got to restaurant and was told there was no order and they needed to see a confirmation number. When you order by phone there is not confirmation number given. Then was told if I wanted to place an order I had to drive back around and come inside to place it. Very poor customer experience. I just became a Pizza Hut Fan.

Excellent service every time. Just be aware this store moved to a new nearby address, even though Google Maps may still direct you to the old location.

as of now, it has been two hours since two pizzas were ordered for delivery when they were supposed to arrive within 20 minutes. when calling for a status update, employee sounded unbothered and unconcerned that it was placed over an hour before with no update and offered no solution. an additional hour later, still waiting. my parents, who placed the order, are elderly and whoever answered the phone was inconsiderate and uncaring of their patience. my mom called back 20 minutes later than the original phone call and they claimed they couldn't find the order and had not started on it, eventually found it, and then made her pay again even though she had paid online. incredibly frustrating. needs to be resolved.

Never received order on 10/16 1:32pm. After order was delayed extensively. No communication or contact from any store rep on this. Very poor customer service.

Super great with extra sauce! Good guys,, come right to the car. Easy ordering. Its much better pizza than it was a few years ago. No sandly stuff on the Bottom and a much better taste!

An employee driving a lifted white diesel truck from Domino’s at 23388 FL-54 Ste 101, Lutz, FL 33549 was seen in the Willow Bend community “rolling coal” on pedestrians and speeding through the neighborhood. The smoke, noise, and reckless driving are a serious nuisance and safety concern.

Residents shouldn’t have to deal with harassment from delivery drivers when speed limits and noise rules are clear. When reported, the store showed little concern.

Support local, family-owned pizza places that actually care about their community.

Domino's is amazing and here's why...not only do they have delicious pizza and other tasty food, they built and amazing housing facility at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN, that is state-of-the-art and provides everything families need who are going through the stress of helping one of their children survive and recover from cancer. Domino's is the best in my book!

Placed an order and tracking said it was delivered and it never was. Had to call and was given some lame excuse and then told the driver is on his way now. Will give them 5 minutes till I drive myself there and then they will be very unhappy
