I've been going to DQ for well over 30 years and when I go I order the same food for lunch everytime. 1 double cheeseburger and that's all. If you know anything about DQ, we all know the double comes with cheese, pickle, mustard, and ketchup. It's been that way my entire life. I ordered one last week in Port Richey and had no problems. Today the girl taking orders decided to be ignorant. This was around 1pm April 5th 2024. I said I would like a double cheeseburger and that's all. She said what would you like on it? I said what? She said ALL of are burgers are doubles. Do you want spicy, add bacon, blah blah blah. I was trying to speak and she just kept naming every burger on the menu, so I lost my cool and told her stop talking because she was being very rude, like I was and idiot. Then she told me to have good day and that they would not be serving me.I didn't ask for spicy or a deluxe. A double cheeseburger comes with cheese, pickles, ketchup and mustard. Learn how to do your job. I will never go back to this store. I will drive the extra miles to a different DQ from now on.UPDATE!! Gave them another try..... Man I wish I hadn't. Same rude little girl that has an attitude. I hope they shut this place down. 3 customer's walked out while I was there. The owners must be lazy. Get in there and take your ownership back. These kids you have in there are ruining you.

Drove 30 min to get here, paying toll pass to get here because they were the only ones open, supposedly til midnight. Nope! Lights off, 4 cars circling the building to try to order. I promised the kids a family night with ice cream run and here I am, out a 60 min round trip drive and 2 tolls to pay. Do better!

It says open until midnight and every night they are closed early.. this time closed by 11pm.. this has happened multiple times now. Update your hours or stay open until the time you say. Wasted trip multiple times now.

I had showed up to the building at 10:30pm and I was unable to get food because they were “closed”. It clearly says that they were open till 12am, might I add all of the dining room lights were on and the drive thru menu was still lit up so I had zero clue they were closed. When I got to the window I was speaking to a EXTREMELY rude worker with an attitude, and she had said they had thrown away all food at 10pm. I would have fully understood if she had been polite, but unfortunately she was not respectful under ANY circumstances. She then proceeded to slam the window in my face. Worst service I have ever had!

deserves negative stars. couldn’t put chocolate and vanilla ice cream into a sundae cup. absolute imbeciles. were complaining about people walking in after 10 and after i left, they locked the door behind me 10 minutes before they closed. worst service i’ve ever gotten in fast food.

It’s slow expect to wait even if you have one car that’s ahead of you. Asked for a twist cone they gave only chocolate no vanilla at all. The blizzard was okay could have been a little more thicker.

This Dairy Queen clearly is used to only drive thru customers. Came in because we had two separate orders and were greeted with blasting music. After two minutes standing at the register we were finally helped. The cashier was on his phone taking our order and was less than happy to help us. Our blizzards came out quickly but our food took a while.
