The employees there were amazing. I was getting a box of donuts for my friend and since I wasn't familiar with the menu I just asked for the employee to put in some of their favorites and what they thought was best. Friend was very satisfied with the selection and they were so calm and friendly about it I didn't feel awkward at all.

i go here almost everyday, but i’m only leaving a review because of the very nice employee who served me today (she’s my favorite employee at this location). she was very polite and kind to me, she gave me a few extra hash browns due to me waiting for them to be freshly made (i didn’t mind the wait at all, especially when the employee was so sweet about it). when i told her that my 3 munchkins were the wrong ones, she gave me different options to replace them, she was very swift and efficient when it came to communicating with me the customer. i could tell she was in a rush, but she did NOT make me feel rushed or as if it was because of me, i personally felt like she was short staffed due to the way she was running around the store, but she did an amazing job. i hope she wasn’t short staffed on her shift, and that she’s getting the support she needs to continue to do an amazing job. i forgot to ask for her name, but she has some facial piercings, so if the staff is reading this, please take note of my review and give her a raise or something, it’s hard to come by good employees like her. if you treat them right, and pay them a respectable amount, they will support your business as you should be supporting them as an employee.

This location has gone down hill consistently over the years. I live less than a mile from this location and I’ve been going to it since it opened. Over the years it has just gone down hill. It’s to the point that they can’t even make a coffee with cream and sugar correctly. It’s time to go to a different location. Thankfully there are several in the area. It will take a little longer to get to them, but at least the order will be made correctly and will be drinkable. I wish the current owner would either train their employees better or just sell the place to someone that cares about the quality of the service they provide.

The service here is not great - they mess up your order, they don't really pay attention to you via drive thru, and when I ordered, mine still had plastic on it from the cheese I assume.

People are miserable working here. They forgot something, I let them know and argued with me it was in the bag. It wasn't, I showed them and I was accused of taking it out. I tried being nice, the another employee said they gave my order to a door dasher. Not one apology. I've genuinely tried so many times to like this DD. But rude employees, bad service, taking orders for door dash over face to face customers have put the nail in the coffin. This DD can pound sand.

Out of coffee for the night at 7:55 when they close at 8? Trying to cut close times? Now that I know I can not trust the management to uphold something as simple as operating hours, how can you trust them with training in food safety? This was my first and last time to stop at this location.

If I could give zero stars, I would, I ordered a large and was given a medium, but paid for a large and given no explanation of why I was given a medium instead. I paid with a gift card and then was just told that the gift card was empty, but then it was strange because I didn’t owe anything. What are the chances of gift card has the exact amount of money needed to pay for my transaction? The employee serving me seemed like they could care less about their position. Seems to be the theme every time that I order from here.

Let’s start by saying my wife and I have been going to this location for many years and we spend over $100 dollars a week since the location opened. Spent well over 30k over the years on coffee.

Since Maria left this location the service is horrible. How hard is it make a caramel ice coffee with milk. Dozens of times I get home or to work to taste my coffee and it’s wrong.I get the same excuse each time from the new Manager we are training new people. Money thrown out the window for me. Just last Sunday I had to go back twice wrong coffee both times and when my wife went back she had to go back 3 times to get the order right. Again sorry we are training is the go to excuse.

New Manager stop running off good employees and start treating people with respect and these issues with your turnover will decrease.

I have never written a bad review before and on multiple occasions have written 5 star reviews for Maria and her staff.

The lady at the drive thru is rude every time I go there. Like I don’t know what’s her issue but I didn’t tell you to wake up every morning to go to work. Leave your attitude at home when dealing with people. I went MULTIPLE times on different days and her attitude have always been the same. I had a sweet tea today with no ice. I go to the window and it was ice in the drink. I informed her of it and she had an attitude and fixed the drink. When I pull off I noticed that the sweet tea wasn’t even sweet at all ! She was just being nasty and put unsweetened tea in my drink instead. GET RID OF HER! everyone else be so nice it’s just always her. Also I feel like she over charged me on purpose, my total came up to almost $7 for a sweet tea ( which is on sale for $1) and a loaf.
