Pulled up to a drive-through with no people, Gave my order at the kiosk, Then I pull up to the window and was then asked to pull forward with nobody behind me because I might “block the exit”. Just to pull up in a space that doesn’t exist to a homeless man with a dog who was asking for money to then only get my sandwich cold. There’s a reason the line at Starbucks and other coffee shops are five or six people long. Just don’t go to Dunkin.

Terrible service. Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes. Never acknowledged. The one person taking orders they send to the back to look for creamer instead of the person who actually needed it. Bagel was hard as a rock and felt like I was going to break a tooth eating it. Would not recommend this location

Finally done with this place- go to Dutch Bros for your coffee. You may wait a bit but the coffee is fantastic, done the way you ordered and everyone is extremely friendly....unlike this location

First time in a long time that the staff was actually friendly ! Allison at the window was very nice , and the pretty girl with green hair was hustling !!! There were only 3 employees working today that I saw and thankfully the nasty attitude manager wasn’t anywhere to be seen!!!
How is it possible that I order my food through the app when I leave my house at 9am, I go through the drive through and I’m told to pull up and wait. I didn’t get my order until 9:24am — AND THEN MY ORDER WAS WRONG. This is the fourth time this has happened to me.. Where I order on the app and then I’m told I need to wait.. I’m usually getting this as a quick and easy breakfast for my kids on the way to school and because my food hasn’t been ready we’ve now been late to school twice. I will not be returning unfortunately.

The employees there were amazing. I was getting a box of donuts for my friend and since I wasn't familiar with the menu I just asked for the employee to put in some of their favorites and what they thought was best.
