Worst inside experience. This is the 2nd time I have been to this Dunkin & eaten inside. Floor is dirty. Tables are not as dirty as last time. Staff - young boys that seem high or don’t know what is going on. They don’t know the products, don’t smile & are not very helpful. I asked for a hot peppermint mocha signature coffee & he gave me ice cold coffee in a coffee container that is meant for hot coffee. Service super slow & I am a patient person. Dunkin manager please come out of your office & get these guys in shape. They are ruining your business & reputation. We won’t come to this one again.

I rather drive an extra 10-15mins to another dunkin location other than this one. Staff are always soo rude and give you attitude. We want to start our morning happy getting our coffees going to work…. The drinks are always so disgusting. Will never come here again.

I visited Dunkin' Donuts and placed an order for coffee and food through their app. Upon arriving at the drive-thru window, I received only the coffee. The employee refused to open the window, instead throwing her hands up in frustration. After waiting for several minutes, I honked the car horn to get her attention.
When she finally opened the window, she remained silent, so I explained that our food order was missing and the coffee order was incorrect. She abruptly slammed the window shut, remade the coffee, and then aggressively threw the food at us before closing the window again.

By far the worst quality of service and product I’ve ever experienced. It’s mind blowing how a location can stay in business which such poor service and attitude. Everyone working seemed beyond miserable to be there.

I ordered a large iced coffee and loaded has browns. They asked to pull up away from the window, I’m given hash browns but no coffee. The girl goes and gets my coffee. I asked for enough milk to make it light. When I get the coffee it’s still very dark and it’s only a 4-5ths full, I may as well have gotten a medium. I figured they were having a rough day and I didn’t want them to run inside again so I blew it off. But I just didn’t like it, it wasn’t light enough and literally was not what I paid for. Then I realized I had no fork, I’m on the road and can’t eat the loaded hashbrowns. I finally decide, you know what I paid $10 for this, let me ask for a new coffee…I wasn’t rude, I politely explained the situation and they were able to remake it. Awesome. The girl cleaning there while the window is OPEN starts loudly complaining that I should use creamer if it wasn’t light enough and keeps talking bs about me. Very unprofessional and rude, have some respect for your customers. If you don’t like what comes with the job, it’s not for you. I have worked plenty of service jobs and would never complain about a customer while they can clear hear me. She also slammed the window shut when I was looking at her to let her know I can clearly hear her

Never again. Read our order back to us, then messed it up. I told them at the window that it wasn’t how I ordered it and was given a dirty look, without even offering to replace it. On top of that, my husband’s coffee is burnt, not even drinkable. Also playing profane music through the drive-thru window. Go anywhere else for coffee.

On my most recent trip to this particular Dunkin’ Donuts store, I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The employees appeared disinterested and often didn't have the items I wished to purchase. The service provided to customers was subpar, and the entire visit failed to meet my expectations. Based on my experience, I would advise against visiting this specific location altogether.

Service is good and they usually serve up your coffee as you order it. Only glaring issue is the coffee can be pretty inconsistent from person to person, I've had mochas with cream that look very chocolatey one day. Then the next day they look like someone poured me iced coffee with cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce in the bottom. And this can be said about all their other iced coffees that have a syrup added to them (caramel, mocha, pumpkin spice etc)

This place is terrible! Out of almond milk at 8am and the workers seem so miserable. Avoid this place. Dunkin is the equivalent to Walmart. Awful.

0 stars. I ordered my drinks at 2:29pm. Was in the drive thru for almost 15 minutes with only two cars in front. Three of my drinks were cappuccino, but due to the long wait it was already dissolving. I asked the worker to remake it and she had an attitude. Gave me my drinks back and they felt even lighter and not remade. I went inside to get new drinks completely. A gentleman helped. When another worker came inside to clock in the female worker loudly said “BRUH these customers keep returning these drinks for dumb reasons” … maybe because you’re awful at making drinks and lack any customer service skill. This Dunkin has never made drinks the correct way and I refuse to stop at this location anymore. I’m tired of wasting my money hoping the next drink will be better.

I was on the phone with someone and the person I was talking was rude and I don’t need to come off on this but the customers shouldn’t be treated like that and I shouldn’t have to make a review on this. This place just lack of laziness and lack of communication. Please help your customer out and I don’t need to keep doing this thank you have a nice day.

Stopped in to pick up mobile order and the worker was using very vulgar language with another employee as they were making fun of someone in the drive thru. Using very homophobic and derogatory language. Won’t be stopping here again. Will also make sure that my friends and family know what’s happening here.

I just got coffee there for my nightly pick up and my coffee was ice cold. Not sure how it can be ice cold with an “ Espresso” shot added. Waste of $5.78 ever. DISAPPOINTING

Drive out of your way to another location to save yourself the trouble. This location rarely has a donut selection, regardless of time of day, I've stopped in the morning and in the afternoon. The service is very poor and I've asked when is a good time to get donuts and they don't know, last time they said management doesn't order enough donuts? Either way save yourself the trouble.
