Terrible customer service
Awful experience and even worse, Customer Service! I think the health department should make a visit definitely stay away.

Obviously wanted my coffee on the lighter end and it’s terrible. Asked them to fix it and they look at you with 10 heads

If I can give them a 0 I would. Customer service of ALL EMPLOYEES Who were working yesterday at 2:30pm were so unprofessional. When I went to order through the drive to the person not only didn’t greet me but not did not even let me finish my order with out cutting me off. I was the only one in line and my order took 15 minutes while they were just with the window talking and arguing. One of the gentlemen there proceeded to ask me after 10 minutes what i was waiting on to go? I said my DRINK and he just laughed.
Finally after 15 minutes I got my drink with the incorrect order, did anyone apologize? No.
It sucks because I work in customer service and even if I’m having a hard day, customer service should never be like this.
They all were playing , flirting with each other instead of being worried about what they are there for which is to WORK
The worst store. Ive called corporate, very unprofessional, unproductive, rude, ghetto, and nasty employees and management wont do anything about it

Dunkin’ is the WORST about interrupting you ordering, talking over you, and then making you go back through the drive through even though NOONE is in line to add to your order. Their dry donuts definitely aren’t worth the effort.

This is supossed to be a bagel with cream cheese. However, I just got a bagel. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened at this location. I thought to give it another try like a month or so later but apparently nothing has changed. Very disappointing.

I pulled a total rookie move today and accident ordered my drink to the wrong location. Not being one to waste coffee I eventually made it to this location where my drink was still sitting there an hour later.
When I got there they happily remade my drink for me and I got to enjoy the coffee. Thanks. Good service. Friendly staff.

Just wow! 10 minutes in the drive through to be treated like dirt by the employees after they are too busy laughing to pay attention.

This is my second time at this location and they still can’t get anything right. I Order a mocha capachino blast and first off nobody asks what size I wanted. Then when I’m standing over there the EMPLOYEE asked what size I ordered which I responded and said “I don’t know, he didn’t ask” she goes on to respond in an annoyed tone “you don’t know what size YOU ordered?”. She walks around for 5 minutes doing who knows what then makes my drink. She aggressively puts it down onto the counter and walks away without saying a word. And the three donuts that I did buy, I tried them and so were very stale, making my suspicious considering they just opened. Unpleasant experience in every way.
