It seems each time I order here. My order is made wrong or they forget items. Just made an order through their app and they failed to give me half my order, I managed to get the donuts after I reminded them but after the distraction of missing donuts I realized I never got my soda I ordered. When I try to call, no one answers the phone.

we ordered two avocado toasts and one was a lot smaller than normal and the other was like half the size of the other one at the same cost. and the service took forever and our toasts were so small it was ridiculous lol

Went thru drive-thru. Received wrong donuts, cashier started doing something else before finishing my transaction, would’t take wrong donuts back, donut box falling apart, worst of all: large COLD coffee. Won’t ever go back. PS: last time I was there the restaurant area in front of store was filthy.

Full rack of Donuts this morning but were out of French, regular coffee, but no decaf, friendly staff and ease of ordering. Very clean inside but the entire outside area full of trash. Looks like the trash has accumulated over the past few days. Very unsightly and unhealthy for a restaurant.

Full variety of food and drinks, well stocked only problem is they’re so busy with the drive-thru, they seem to forget that there’s people inside, don’t greet when you enter and let your foods sit a bit.

I placed an order at the drive through this morning. I pulled up to the window expecting to receive my items. The cashier woman yells at me because I did not give her my name, I stated that it was not a mobile order it was drive through. She yells at me then multiple times saying “we don’t have it, we don’t have it”. She was berating me through the window and I was so shocked I just pulled away. The workers in the back were just staring at us as the interaction occurred. This place is a breakfast restaurant, they should expect busy times in the morning and hire those who are suited to handle that stress. Customers shouldn’t leave feeling anxious and upset because of your workers. Do better Dunkin, you’re already most people’s last choice for something cheap and quick in the morning.
