Absolute worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to.. I went a couple weeks ago and the coffee was terrible I assumed it was a one off so I gave them another try (they are the closest to my sons swim school) however today was even more horrible. The first coffee I got was so nasty I almost threw up, I then turned around and went back and kindly asked them to remake it (I had already drove off and had to come back) they remade it and it was no different in fact they actually gave me less coffee in my SMALL coffee cup.. idk if they were being petty or they just didn’t care but it was horrible. The LOADED HASH-BROWNS had no cheese in them & they provided no silverware or napkins for anything provided. I don’t normally do this for fast food places as you genuinely pay for what you get, but this is unacceptable and something needs to be done. This isn’t a “one off” it’s every time.

Came in and 5 workers present, all standing around. Not one hello , how can we help you ect. .. after a while I called over the counter and they were mostly ce tired where you could not see them or speak with them. They looked at each other in confusion. And asked me to dta d aside while they tool other people's orders. And continued to let me stand there , for an extended amount t of time. I would absolutely like someone I. Charge to reach out to me. This is exceptable!

I have been coming here for few years and I love the employees. They are always very friendly, food is good and coffee is awesome but, for the first time I went inside to eat unfortunately the place need a lot of cleaning. Tables,floor even the counter where you order were dirty. Hopefully they can fixed that problem.

Just went through the drive through, the service was terrible. The dude on the headset was a complete smart Alec and then I had to go back in to get the rest of my food because he was too busy trying to be funny to get my order right.
