I am a well-known regular.I always come in to Dunkin' Donuts.On forty one every day today was my worst experience. It normally helps me very nice.Was rudely interrupted by another co.Worker for some reason I don't know watching over her every move. The lady was overbearing into much.The woman who normally helps me is always great.Great customer service always smiling. I don't know why this lady felt like she needed to interfere.I didn't want my receipt.I told the lady that always waits on me.I don't want the receipt and the lady insisted on trying to give me my receipt.After I say you can throw away

I went today and they didn’t have the type of donut I wanted. I opted for an old fashioned and I’ll give it to them…this hard, dry donut felt like it was made in the 1930s.

Every time I go here *EVERY TIME* they either don't have anything or they 100% get my order wrong. Even when what the sticker on the cup says is right, the coffee is wrong. Well, I've poured out my last coffee abomination. Next time I think about going here, I'll just throw $6 out the window.

TRASH !!!!!! The service is horrible the employees are lazy. Literally just standing around. I ordered online. I arrived 30 min after ordering online and it still wasn’t ready. Then when I got it my order was wrong. The sandwich was wrong. One sandwich was MISSING A PIECE OF BREAD. My donuts were wrong !!!! My coffee was wrong. At this point I just wanted to get out of there I was livid. Mind you it wasn’t busy at all. Ladies came in after me and got their food before me! They ALL should be retrained. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !!!!!

Been going here since the day they opened, my drink is always the same. More often than not when I walk in and they see me I am paying for my drink as they hand it to me , they know my order and I have never had a bad experience at this location.
WAAAYYY better service than the one on Bearrs Ave. which is about a mile closer to my house. They are about a mile apart +/- and my suggestion is to head a little North and frequent this one. Way cleaner, way better service, they don't lock the bathrooms because it's not as trashy as a neighborhood.

So frustrated this morning… I’ve been ordering coffees from this location for many many years. I know what my drink is supposed to taste like. My drink was made incorrectly this morning and when I politely asked them to fix it they refused saying it was correct. The little cash register girl was sweet but the women in the back preparing the food had attitudes. I want my $6 back. If I could give zeros I would. I feel sorry for the little cashier girl honestly.
