This place was so amazing me and my kids loved it. our server Addyson was so great. Abigail- the sweet girl making the food- was absolutely amazing. honorable mention goes to Racheal who was so kind to clean our table for us. Gregory was also cool.

This was my first visit to a Fazoli’s. It’s a fast food Italian restaurant. I suppose it serves the purpose. The food was hot and the taste was pretty good. And it was ready within like 2 minutes. The bread sticks were awesome, soft and buttery with garlic. The stuffed shells were not quite what I’m used to, I would probably go back once more and try something different.

This right here is some good stuff, being Italian I am very picky about the Italian food I eat. I won’t eat at Olive Garden but Fazolis is literally the only Italian I could easily eat daily. With it being fast food blows me away because it taste like everything is made fresh on the spot. With this being only 10 minutes from me it’s bad news for my wallet!

I absolutely loved the food and the service…. We had a bit of a mishap but the manager Nicole was so sweet and kind to us and got it fixed. Tatum’s service was quick and friendly. We would love to have her again. The employee in the back Nick who made our food did a stupendous job and we will 1000% be coming back!!

I thought I would try this place out based on the reviews. I did see one very negative review, but I was thinking they were being overcritical. They weren't. The food is truly terrible.
I ordered the chicken parm. It's really difficult to mess this one up. It had the consistency of a microwave dinner and the same amount of taste. The tomato sauce is horrible as well.

I have to give a huge thanks to the staff, they were awesome very friendly and attentive! The food was a huge disappointment, most definitely felt like frozen tv dinners. The garlic breadsticks were phenomenal though and call me crazy but were just as good as Olive Garden. 3 of us was over $50.
